Had a call with Dan this morning about my first insurance claim and with it being so close to Christmas I’m very stressed and nervous and honestly Dan made all the difference he kept me calm throughout and made sure all of my problems had answers and that I left the call with no worries. My son was unfortunately involved in a motorbike accident and from the start of the process Sadie from Lancaster Gate Assistance spoke with us for about an hour, guiding us through the process, collating the details and answering any questions we had in easy to understand terms and we both felt she went above and beyond to ensure we were clear about all aspects of the procedure and the steps that are to follow. Sadie assisted us to get a hire bike for my son arranged as well as sorting out the collection and review of his damaged bike. I know this is just the start of the process but I was really impressed with the level of customer care and guidance provided in lets be honest a situation that most of us do not encounter or have to go through on a regular basis. Kaitlyn Aldous was the most helpful person ive talked to over the phone, made everything understandable, she was very patient and answered every question I had with amazing detail without making it confusing for me!

The multiple guys I had spoken too which while sorting my claim and even getting my hire bike situated was amazing, firstly Louis for explaining the situation and what options I had in a clear manner to help me better understand and feel confident with what my best option would be, then secondly speaking to Dan on the second call had gone above and beyond to try and answer all my questions and try and help with the urgency of my issue at hand. I couldn’t thank them enough

Unfortunately I had a motorcycle accident, and I have used the Lancaster Gate customer service. They answered me quicly and I spent roughly an hour at phone. She provided me all information that I needed and the operator has been really helpfull. I higly recommend their service.
