Lenor fabric conditioner now smells like BO will not be buying again

I'm afraid the new scent is not for me. It doesn't smell anything like the "traditional" spring awakening! Not even a little bit. I don't understand why a company would mess with a signature scent. What it does smell like to me is very astringent alcohol. Very piercing, very one-dimensional, I can't detect any other notes in this scent, and my clothes smell like dipped in alcohol disinfectant. I'll have to look for an alternative because I will not wash my bedding in this sharp scent.

I have used Lenor gold orchid fabric conditioner for many years. We loved the scent and the way it made our clothes, towels, sheets etc soft and pleasant.
What have they done to it, I am so disappointed 😞. It doesn’t perform the same any more, in fact it is utterly useless.

I brought the lenor out door fresh. Once my clothes were on . They smelt damp . So I washed them again. Same thing happened. My husband got a different fragrance. Then he mentioned the same . Saying after he had washed his clothes they smelt terrible. Never buy this product . Once your clothes are dry they stink

They changed the iconic fragrance of Lenor Summer Breeze in 2016, and most recently changed the fragrance of Spring Awakening in 2026, which now isn't very nice, as it has had the same cool, crisp, spring flower smell for decades.

However the Lenor Outdoorables fragrances Spring Awakening and Summer Breeze smell very pleasant, but I cannot use your products anymore as they make me itchy due to the fragrance compounds which irritate my skin.

I now use Fairy or Comfort Pure fabric conditioners.

Kaufe immer dass Lenor Colorwaschmittel flüssig Amethyst Blütentraum mit 100 WL, gibt kein besseres, man braucht kein Weichspüler mehr, der duft bleibt extrem lange in der Kleidung

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice und vom Produkt Lenor Vollwaschmittel Pods Aprilfrisch. Nachdem ich das Waschmittel verwendet habe, sind bei mehreren Waschgängen Verfärbungen auf meiner Kleidung entstanden. Weiße Kleidungsstücke haben teilweise einen bläulichen Ton bekommen, an manchen Stellen sind sogar gelbe Flecken entstanden. Andere Teile sowie meine Waschmaschine haben pinke Verfärbungen bekommen.

Mehrere meiner Kleidungsstücke wurden dadurch beschädigt, darunter auch ein neues Kleid, das ich noch nie getragen hatte, sowie einige Jeanshosen. Die Verfärbungen lassen sich auch nach mehrmaligem Waschen nicht mehr entfernen.

Um zu versuchen, meine Kleidung zu retten, musste ich zusätzlich noch Geld für weitere Mittel wie Entfärber ausgeben und meine Waschmaschine mehrfach laufen lassen. Leider hat das alles nicht geholfen.

Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass ich Lenor bereits kontaktiert habe, aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten habe.

Seit ich ein anderes Waschmittel benutze, treten solche Probleme nicht mehr auf. Insgesamt bin ich daher sehr unzufrieden und kann das Produkt leider nicht empfehlen

I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding a product I have used for many years.

Last week, my wife purchased the Lenor Mega Pack (129 washes), marketed as providing a long-lasting “shower fresh” scent. Unfortunately, our experience with this product has been extremely disappointing.

Despite following the recommended usage instructions and trying different quantities, the expected fragrance was entirely absent. The product simply did not deliver the advertised “freshness that lasts all day,” which is a key selling point.

Given Lenor’s established reputation as a trusted and widely recognised brand, this level of performance is both unexpected and unacceptable. As long-standing users, we feel let down by the noticeable decline in quality.

I trust this email will be taken seriously and used as feedback to review the product’s performance. I would also appreciate your response on how you intend to address this issue. Attached is a picture of the product.

Und plötzlich gab's das gelbe Lenor nicht mehr..wurde damals vom Markt genommen..
Mit Nachbarin darüber gesprochen die mir sagte: Sie habe noch nie Lenor gekauft und trotzdem eine gut riechende Wäsche..das war echt ein guter Tipp, denn ab diesem Zeitpunkt ( seit 2 Jahren)haben wir kein Lenor mehr gekauft.. unsere Wäsche trocknen wir im Sommer an der Luft.. Fazit, Geld über Geld gespart .. und vor allem die Umwelt geschont.

Balletjes lossen slecht op in 30 graden was. Gevolg: wasgoed met stukjes niet opgeloste bolletjes. Niet erg gezond in je lingerie.

I received a sample of Lenor Unstoppables with my new Bosch washing machine and tried them on a 40 minute mixed fabric cycle. When I took the washing out it was covered in undissolved beads and many more were left in the washing machine. I have had to pick them off some garments and will need to rewash a navy hoodie and a navy jumper as a residue has been left on them. I have also had to vacuum the utility room floor, an extra task I didn't need. I wish I could give minus stars as there is nothing to recommend here.

Das Wäscheparfüm ist der reinste Müll total chemisch, war auf ner Reise mit der Bahn durch halb Deutschland unterwegs ,wurde mehrmals angesprochen was so komisch richt eine Person meinte sogar hier richtig es irgendwie nach WC.
Also genau das Gegenteil von der TV Werbung
Hatte ein sehr schreckliches Erlebnis mit Lenor ,hab dem Kundendienst das mitgeteilt ,als Antwort kommt nur zurück schade das sie das Parfüm nicht mögen.
Einmal und nie wieder!!!!

What on earth have you done to spring awakening, i have used this for years and loved the delicate smell as i am sensitive to some smells, it now smells like horrible cheap perfume and is giving me a sore throat, im very disappointed

Lenor Outdoorables chemical smell is dreadful. I had to wash the clothes again to try and get rid of the stench, and still it lingered and stank the whole house out for a week.

Lenor in wash scent booster came with a home delivery and was next to a fruit loaf. The very strong fragrance transferred to the food which was very unpleasant to taste. The packaging needs more thought.
