New Persil 4in 1 are awful - they don’t rinse out on a normal cycle. Fragrance is far too strong. Loved 3in1, there was no need to change without a choice, forcing us up to an inferior product that we didn’t need. Considering switching from Persil after a lifetime, especially no the fragrance has changed to- what is left to stay for!!!

I have always used Persil non Bio soap powder for many years however on swopping to the washing pods I developed dermatitis which required a steroid cream. I gave them to my sister to try and she also developed a rash. I would avoid totally if you have sensitive skin.

Brought Persil 4 in 1 capsules worse thing ever. Regret it my skin feels like it burning and itchy all time rio my skin of i could thought heat but then i found fee of my old capsules which different brand and it started easy off didnt think till i started persil one again massive flare up. I know its hot but ut when im wearing whats been washed with that cursed brand. Not worth it used to be ok with it regret batgain hunting no wonder i managed to get 45 washes for 4.99 thought because new

Absolutely disgusted at the 'new' non bio capsules - now a 4 in 1.
The smell caused immediate headaches for the household. And after washes the laundry feels it still has a chemical residue.
Absolutely not suitable for sensitive skin at all.
The 3 in 1 was terrific.
Recall this dangerous rubbish and bring the old stuff back.

Extreme rash from the scented capsules shouldn't be allowed to sell it's dangerous

On the liquid label of persil bio it claims to remove stains first time.utter nonsense. Even at a 4o degree wash it leaves personal stains in underwear known in the army as skid marks this product does not do what it states on the label

Used persil since my kids were born due to not strong scented and son having eczema. The new pods are are so powerful and my hands hive up instantly when i touch them! Awful! Fairy did the same with the conditioner previously and thats why we changed.:: now having to change once again

Absolutely hate the new 4in1 Persil pods. Smells nothing like the 3in1 which had a nice scent. This new pods has an awful overpowering artificial smell that irritates my throat. Please bring back the 3in1. Why can't you just leave things alone. If it's not broken don't try and fix it. Going to have to find a new brand.

Wanted to try persil laundry liquid because of sensitive skin .Very strong strange scent did not clean light colours at all .not a product i would put near a baby as it gave me headache and made me sneeze to .i washed the items twice now and the scent of it definitely stays on your clothes so theres always that.

I have used Persil capsules for years, primarily because they were not overly scented. The new formula is horrible - they smell really strongly and smell very artificial - exactly the opposite of why I used to buy them. I will be swapping to another brand.

As an asthma sufferer I’ve always used Persil non bio as the scent was delicate and didn’t trigger my asthma, however since the change this year the scent has become strong and lingering and triggered my asthma on a number of occasions. Gutted I will have to find a new brand, as Persil has been my go to for years.

The new "improved" non bio capsules are terrible, way too much foaming and the smell of the clothes afterwards is totally unacceptable. Will be looking elsewhere for my detergent in future!

I bought a pack of Persil Bon-Bio 3 in 1 capsules and they have bleached some black linen trousers and golf t-shirt still smelt of BO around the arm pit after washing.

Persil name must be ULTIMATE SH…t REMOVER. Good for nothing! Not effective in removing even a stain of coffee. Persil and any other brands in their desperate government order to “save the ants and the nature” don’t offer anymore quality stain removal. Clothes must be bought often and its all about industry and consumerism. Very disappointed about the lack of respect that these companies offer to us. If there would be -1000 stars, i would give that.

I used to use the Persil Non bio powder for years, It washed white, removed stains at 40 degrees and had a citrusy soapy fresh smell, washing smelt very fresh off the washing line.

But since they changed the formula when it was moved production to Spain, the quality has gone downhill, it foams up too much even if a small amount is used, doesn't rinse very well, doesn't remove stains at 40, and leaves white marks on clothing, and it doesn't have the same fresh Persil smell.

I get better results from Fairy non bio powder or a stores own brand non bio powder.

My mum always used Persil non bio powder and I always used non bio so between us probably 60 years. We are a family of sensitive skin so once you find a product you usually stick with it that is until Unilever changed from 3in1 to 4in1 washing machine capsules!
1st use caused so much foam in the machine that it stopped working & the smell! Is so strong it triggered my asthma, the whole house was over powered by it and gave me a blinding headache, even my husband commented. Luckily I had a few of the old ones and rewashed the items but I still had them hung outside. I contacted Unilever to complain they issued a voucher to cover. I’ve managed to find a few packs of the old type and once they’re gone will be on the hunt a non smelly detergent. I suggest everyone contact Unilever & complain then they might go back to the original. I also mentioned the pack size has gone from 60 to 55!

If it were possible to give this product negative stars I would! Persil Wonder Wash is the specific product I am reviewing. We purchased this in hopes of getting a laundry detergent that would be effective in breaking down residue from incontinence. We'll never know as when the first wash came out and was put on the airer the perfume scent was so strong I had an immediate physical reaction to it. We closed the airer in a room on its own in hopes that the scent would fade as the clothes dried. However, even with the door closed on the airer, we could still smell the scent in the bedroom and couldn't sleep. That prompted a midnight re-wash. It knocked the scent down a lot but even after washing with another laundry product, not highly artificially scented, you can still smell the Persil. I anticipate it's going to take numerous washings before that is gone. Of course the thing is when you can smell something that's strongly, and even when you can't, the chemicals that are going to be right on your skin is awful! How are these products allowed?

The new non bio persil is awful the smell lasts and lasts - really chemically. So annoyed it’s changed - I have used th for years and years - just awful

The new performance non bio capsules leave an acrid smell on the washed clothes shan't be using it again.
