Very helpful and good service. Ordered 2 coats on line to collect in store as issues with size previously. Promptly Informed that ready for collection, Helpful staff re fitting and other advice. No issues with returning and refunding the one that wasn't needed.

I called in off chance with a puncture on my road bike. Despite being busy, the team whisked the bike off and fitted a new tube in no time at all getting me back on the road.

I took the opportunity to purchase a spare inner tube and tyre levers.

Easy to use website, ordering and collection from Leeds store - spot on from start to finish.

Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered a bike for my son’s Christmas present weeks ago. Sales advisor steered us towards one in stock at another store to ensure it would be here in time. Told me would be in store 3 days later. Two weeks later not heard anything so popped in store. Assured by all staff they had ordered one from Holland and there was one at another store and not to worry. Phone me two working days before Christmas to inform me no bike and nothing they can do. I work in retail myself so I understand things happen but I’m extremely disappointed and my son is devastated. I wouldn’t believe a word the staff say and advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

Polite and prompt service

I had an issue with my bike purchased just short of 2 years ago. These guys at Leeds sorted the issue under warranty and when the the parts landed turned the bike round in the day.
They kept me informed of the progress at all times.
I know it's a bit of a cliché, but their service was above and beyond expectations

The Bury branch of Leisure Lakes bikes were very good at selling me an electric Batribike in May 2021. Used the bike for 18 months , no problems but then due to health issues did not use the bike for about 18 months ( stored indoors and charged intermittently , my fault ). In May this year decided to use the bike but had problems with the battery which ran out fairly quickly. I called in the shop and asked if they could check it for me and was told matter of factly ---------“ no we haven’t got the equipment to check it “ They told me to contact Batribike which I did who were not great either at helping me. I also emailed Leisure Lakes asking if they thought this level of service was adequate and did not receive a response to this or a subsequent email. I ended up having to travel 20 miles to an independent bike shop who eventually sorted out my problem. I’m not sure what the moral of the story is, but I would certainly not recommend them based on my experience.
