Excellent service, friendly staff.

I purchased a new Mountain Bike from this Company. I wanted to purchase from a reputable dealer and at a competitive price. I used click & collect so I could benefit from an in store personal handover. The purchase was a good experience & the staff involved were knowledgeable & friendly. I would happily recommend them.

I absolutely love the service every time I visit Leisure Lakes. Today I popped in to ask about just checking my tyres on a bike I'd bought recently from them, as I'm competing in a triathlon tomorrow, and they were able to fit me in for my free bronze service then and there. The staff are always welcoming and eager to help. Thank you so much!!

Staff were super helpful and friendly, Martin helped us choose bikes and ordered them for us to test, Will spent time helping us with helmets, fitted drinks holders and helped us get two bikes in a small car! Thank you :)

Bike was badly built and fsa parts fitted instead of the listed shimano parts.

So I bought a bike that some had taken to leisure lakes bikes to have the motor replaced under warranty, 2 weeks into owning the bike it's starting turning itself off, dropped motor to find out when they put the motor back in they didn't secure the wires correctly and one got jammed between the motor and the frame, I've fixed myself which took plenty hours and pounds, reported this to them in 2 emails over a week ago and still no reply, appalling customer service, appalling skills when fixing bikes, best to just say away from this type of company

I sent all documents providing proof of work that they carried out and photo proof of the damage caused in the multiple emails sent.

I visited Leisure Lakes Bikes in search of a child seat for my bike, and had a great experience. Billie was incredibly helpful, guiding me to the perfect product. Bizi made it even better by fitting the seat in the workshop right away, so my family and I could enjoy a bike ride that same afternoon. Excellent service all around! 😀👍🏼👍🏼

Helpful staff from point of ordering the bike to collection. Repositioning of brake levers carried out while I waited and questions given knowledgeable answers, all details of aftersales service fully explained

I have used this shop for many years and the service / backup is excellent.

We recently looked around a few bike shops in Warwickshire area for a new bike for daughter, ended up at Daventry leisure lakes. A young lady called Billie helped us and really knew her stuff, she couldn’t do enough to help us and sorted us out with exactly the right bike. Really great service

Five assistants and only me in shop. Ignored while they made each other coffee and chatted. Eventually I asked for assistance but felt like I was disturbing them. Then talked down to and left alone mid way during sales discussion while assistant went of and served someone else.

Good price on jacket, picked up at store after a few day wait

Ordered the bike online, got a phone call to see if I needed anything else or assistant in assembly. They were really on the ball and the bike was better than expected
