I liked your kind of lead and quality but too thin and I prefer a slightly softer lead. Would have bought more if thicker and softer to use. Have been looking for ages to replace a super lead I lost.

I ordered a figure of eight Lead through Leading Dog inbetween Christmas and New Year. The item arrived promptly following the Bank Holiday in early January

I have to say I had a bad experience with this company and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I try to support small businesses, but I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received all the items.

I was sent a package with one of the three items I ordered, containing an invoice for all three with a note to check my email next to one of them.

However I hadn’t received an email, and even after messaging them several times asking where the other items were, I still haven’t.

I did eventually this week receive the second item, this time with no note so they must of just missed it off the first package by accident.
Or not.
Maybe it was out of stock.
Maybe that’s what was always going to happen, I would of loved to have been let on to the secret, oh and the final item I ordered would be a nice touch too.

I wouldn’t even of left a review normally but I for some reason kept getting emails about doing so. So here you go.
I wish I had better things to say about it, and I wish I had the order I placed.
However it appears neither of these things are possible.

Easy online ordering, goods arrived on time and quality products.

Really good quality slip lead, and the extra length makes all the difference when using it as a slip lead. Would highly recommend.

The leash is a great quality, the only complaint I have is that the colour I wanted was out of stock.

Ordered a product a couple of weeks ago that has been out of stock awhile now and was charged. I received an email saying it is out of stock after I had payed. She has now changed the website to say pre-order 7-10 days on her website however it’s been over 3 weeks so your pre-order is not going to be 7-10days like she’s now stating. Not trustworthy at all!

Will allow you to purchase but will email to tell you no stock. Even now she is still selling stock she doesn’t have! Avoid her reviews say it all!

Good initial communication when I made an enquiry.
Didn't respond to email or text when, after three days, I had no dispatch update....said her phone was switched off. Claimed the item had been returned to sender and she didn't have a replacement in stock. I was very disappointed. Thankfully I received my refund promptly.

Great item, just what I needed. Did suggest that they share more information on the dispatch and delivery side as I had no updates or reply to my email to them once the order was made and was worried that I was not going to receive my Item. However it did arrive and I am happy.
