I bought 2 shares in October 2022 and its now end of march.Ive tried emailing and telephone and absolutely no response don't buy shares from this company

ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION DO NOT BUY
Can't give a 0 star, paid £126 for a share in horse for my hubby for Christmas now at end of march nearly and still no communication from them, I have messaged, emailed and rang and still have had communication from topspeed! Don't waste your money !!!!

Bust? see the horse I had shares in is running for another owner. Absolutely no communication. Waist of money never saw her run.

Liquidated Company....
Bought 2 shares in All The Glory and Forbidden Beauty (which ended up Jubilee Girl). First season was OK but horses ran fairly moderately. Communication was OK at this point. Time for renewals was November/December 22 then as soon as renewals paid for communication almost completely stopped. Suspected something was wrong when shares in all horses were no longer available to buy post Christmas. Other syndicate members challenged co-owner of syndicate but got fobbed off saying they're still for sale etc usual rubbish. Email out of the blue to say Company being liquidated. How could they sell shares for renewals and for Christmas 22 knowing this was entirely probable outcome. Day after Email concerning liquidation, Jubilee Girl wins at Southwell in colours of Will Kinsey (co-proprietor of Topspeed)......whether this is by chance or not I'll let others judge. Do not trust Thomas Green or Will Kinsey/Peel Hall Bloodstock.

Hoping for a refund
Had a share of Urban Grit as a Christmas present and got a lovely glossy book and was very excited as I wanted to learn more about horse racing.
Topspeed racing say contact Will Kinsey but he sent auto reply to say contact Topspeed racing but they say their email is closing so not sure what to do.
I've looked at the terms and conditions of sale and it says if they cannot sell enough shares they will refund. I really hope they do as my daughter is upset after seeing my excitement on Christmas Day.
My friend has a share of Unit 64 with Ben Pauling and shes having a great experience. Will let you know how I get on.
