Item was very misleading some some inchs larger than previous size, which was too small. Will now have to pay for return Postage which around £5.00 for a tracked item, as they do not pay for return postage.

Overall amount was £110.00.

I requested my money to be reimbursed after I received a email informing me that the leads were no longer in stock I then sent an email requesting approximate dates when the company would have stock,
I received an email from leading dogs instructing me to read the email again from Laura
I then requested a reimbursement of my money
I believe this company is a scam and snotty email that I received was from an email address aflavorsofnawab
Following this receipt of this email my email was compromised
I would recommend using Amazon as they don’t take your money until they deliver the goods

I buy all my collars for my Labradors from here. Good quality and good service

Not had the item delivered yet, supposed to be 48 hour delivery, where is it please, it’s now 5th October

The brass dog collar tabs are advertised as 25 mm. These dog collars do not fit a size 2.5 cm collar but a 3.5 cm and the company will not give money back . Bad advertising and bad business 😵‍💫

I took my Pomeranian for a trim and specifically said to the lady that I want them to do a tidy up and not take too much off her length. I repeated that I didn’t want anything drastic and no fancy hairstyles. I went to collect her and was in disbelief how much had been taken off. I barely recognised my dog. When I asked to speak to the lady I was told that she had gone for the day. Sadly, after that my dog’s hair never grew back to the same length. I’m very upset and would recommend people to stay away from this place.

I purchased a car harness for my dog which when I tried it, was totally unsuitable for him. Although the return label had fallen off, I was able to return and receive a full refund, no quibbling. Gives me confidence to purchase from them in future.

Unfortunately my order had to be cancelled because the item I wanted was discovered to be out of stock. This was disappointing but the refund was made promptly with an apology.

I received this email asking for review it stated that the emails are sent out automatically so you may not have received your parcel yet, which is absolutely fine. Continue to wait and 2 weeks later I still haven’t even had the email to say my parcel has been dispatched. I understand delivery’s can be busy and take time but they can’t deliver something that the company hasn’t dispatched yet.
