I ordered a sweatshirt, which took four weeks to come and looks nothing like what I ordered. Try to get a refund no response and they blocked me when I put a bad review on Facebook. This company is promoting apparel that does not even look like the photos and the quality is horrific.

I ordered a hoodie that has a rip in the pocket. It took six weeks to receive the order. It was a Christmas gift so I had to scramble to replace it. I’ve emailed 22times with no response. It’s so frustrating. This is ridiculous.

I had a feeling that this was a scam right from the start since they were advertising on instagram. It was such a cool sweater though that I had to take a chance. Can’t believe people will go to great lengths just to steal from people. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

Ordered a top on 16th November over 4 weeks later, it has stains on it which are unable to remove, it looks bleached, it has been stretched out of shape, this cant be worn and was over £30.00, sent email complaining and to date no reply

I ordered a pair of Chicago bear Hey dudes 3 weeks before my wifes birthday. They finally responded to my email after her birthday had past and said they didn’t have the material to make them and asked if i wanted a refund or wait until they would have them made. I said i wanted the shoes. 2 weeks later same thing no material. So they said we will give you a refund within 5 to 7 business days. I still have no refund and the last i heard from them , which they hardly never respond to emails is there having technical difficulties sending my refund and thats it and this has been going on for 4 months now. Do not order nothing from these people.

Ordered Embossed heavy weight hoodie - Received what can only be described as a cheap knock off - nothing like the item described.
Have been trying to return and get a full refund however at first they offered 30% refund then 50% refund and now 70% with a discount voucher for 30% !
I only want them to stand by their returns and refund police which clearly states that if an item is not what was ordered then it can be returned and refunded.
They are very reluctant to honor their own policy.
I am still trying to get my full refund and fully expect them to stop replying to me soon !
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want shoddy products and endless emails asking for your legal rights to be upheld !!

Absolute garbage!
Products shipped are NOT what is pictured! Cheap knock-off, poor quality garbage is shipped after paying top dollar.
I ordered 2 heavy weight "embossed" tshirts at $40 each and received ONE cheaply screen printed thin tshirt. When I complained, they offered my a 30% refund. I refused, I want to return for full refund, they then offered a 50% refund.
I refused again, now they refuse to respond.
Complete thieves.

The item I ordered was different to the pictures it shown I want a refund but can't get in touch with anyone

I ordered an embossed football sweatshirt as a present for someone. It’s been delivered after 3 weeks and is nothing like as described. The sweatshirt is very poor quality with a cheap looking print. This company have so far not bothered to respond to my emails so I’ll attempt a refund through the credit card company and will report to trading standards.

Took a month to arrive and looks nothing like the picture or description £40 wasted. Stay away do not use

I have been waiting a month for a hoodie and despite me constantly asking where it is I just get’it’s the carriers fault’
So save your money and shop elsewhere

My story is the same as the previous reviewer. The hat I received was very poor quality and design and looked nothing like what was on their website. After numerous repetative emails they said they would refund 70%, 2 months later and still no refund and they won't reply to emails. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!

Ordered 2 jackets on 26th Aug 2025. Poor quality and design not the same as on their website. After numerous repetative emails they said they would refund 70%, still to this date 21st Oct nothing has been refunded and they are not replying to my emails anymore

This site is a scam.. i ordered 2 items and they sent 2 completely different items and for a month or 2 now i been trying to arrange a refund. They requestes photos of items recieved when i try to email them they have blocked my emails..

I received two polo shirts from Lazmivo as soon as I looked at them I noticed that the inscription on the collar was wrong. It was made on the bottom of the collar. I have tried to contact them through their website with no luck. These shirts do me no good. If I do not receive any response from them very soon I will definitely not buy anything from them again.

If I could rate them a 0 I would . I ordered a Liverpool top , money was taken out of account and it has been a month now and still not received my package. Was told to go to my Royal Mail office and the staff there say they not seen this kind of tracking number before . So looks like I have Lost my money . Do not trust this company .

I ordered a Kansas City Chiefs ballcap from Lazmivo. The photo of it on the advertisement was very deceptive. The hat I ordered was $34.99. What I received was a $5 hat with extremely poor quality.

Lazmivo.com is a SCAM. The product I received is a very cheap version of their ad. I have been trying for 2 months to get a refund. Now they have ghosted me. This company is HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!
