Laybrook were very helpful and a good company to deal with. They have a good selection of beds to choose from and we found just what we wanted. Slightly late arriving but it was order in the May bank holiday season. We all like a few days off so not a problem.

We experienced a wonderful job. The fitter worked so hard and even hoovered after. Highly recommended..

Ordered a turning bed for my elderly aunt. The Laybrook team made the process easy from outset. We are in Scotland and I had been hesitant about service from a company who are not local but when Michael visited us he put my Aunt who is often hesitant with new people and things completely at ease, he was polite friendly and professional and showed he not only believes in the products, he really cares about those using them. Ash and the team in the office also knowledgeable, efficient and great to deal with.

As well as the great service the bed is solidly made, quiet in use with a very easy to use remote control even for my aunt who has struggled somtimes with the control for her rise and recline chair.

8 months ago I ordered a bed from Laybrook, after visiting the showroom I decided that a firm feel would be suitable unfortunately after a fews days of using the bed I realised it was too firm. I rang the customer services, who were very helpful and arranged a swop of mattresses, and I've been very happy since with my purchase. Unfortunately recently due to my medical condition deterioration, I realised that I needed to have something to help me get into bed without discomfort, so I rang Laybrook, and spoke to Charlotte who arranged for the delivery of a electric leg lifter, that was on a Monday and delivery and fitting was arranged 3 days later

New mattress installed ,and the old mattress together with plastiic wrapping removed. Nice tidy job by two friendly guys, Well pleased. Good communications with the office via email and i found the web page easy to negotiate and well laid out. Not only that, the mattress suits me fine and the firm edge was a bonus in getting up out of bed. Recommended.

this was for a replacement mattress - which at over £800 for a small double seemed rather expensive and the service received was nowhere near as good as the first time, sent waterproof protector - not what wanted.
Still at least the mattress fitted the bed.

The bed was for my Dad. He loves it and is very happy that he can now sit himself up in bed. Being very disabled he was unable to do this before.

Fantastic service from Rachel Allen and Michael Harrison. Very attentive and went way beyond expected service level. Rachel called often with updates and emailed everything to be clear and open. Michael changed his itinerary and came 2 days early and completely fixed the bed which is now working perfectly. Michael also took the time on several phone calls to find out what the problem was even before we came to the house. Additionally to that, he took a personal interest in the clients welfare and difficulties Thanks very much. 💥🤛

Laybrooks are a very good company, this is our second purchase from them. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. They kept us updated on everything that was going to happen, from dates and times they were all great. They even give us an upgrade. Which we are very grateful and pleased with. The quality of their products are great, and very good value for money. The 2 staff that came to install and remove our old ones, were polite and friendly.
They took care in what they were doing. Respected us in our home. We would recommend Laybrooks to all friends and family. 10 out of 10 all around.

From my first conversation and all through the process, everyone I spoke to was polite, kind and knowledgeable.
We had various complications with my Mum's date for coming out of hospital delayed, the sad passing of my Dad, so I had many conversations adapting the order, they allowed us to extend the mattress trial period to reflect my Mum's late return home.
I spoke to 4 people, all were faultless in their communication and knowledge, the delivery was very efficient and the installer was just as nice as the rest of the staff I had dealt with. A special mention goes to Charlotte, who I must have spoken to 10 times!

Charlotte, who guided me through the products on the phone, was extremely helpful and patient. We needed the bed fairly soon and she gave us great advice. All the people involved in finance, booking and delivery were also professional and everything happened as planned.

I recently purchased this Premium Adjustable Bed, and I couldn't be happier with it. The quality is excellent, and it has completely transformed my comfort, both when sleeping and relaxing.
The adjustment features are smooth and easy to use, allowing me to find the perfect position for reading, watching television, or getting a great night's sleep. The mattress is extremely comfortable and provides excellent support throughout the night.
The bed is well made, sturdy, and looks fantastic in the bedroom. Delivery and setup were straightforward, and the overall experience has exceeded my expectations.

I did everything online via email as I am deaf Donna very helpful answered all my questions of which there were .many, my bed arrived this week very comfy though i am just getting used to it mattress just the right firmness yet soft enough for my arthritis delivery was great as they were busy and my bed could not be fitted on van they sent it seperate and fitters arrived half hour later to fit answered any questions I had so far no problems, the only gripe I had was the finance offered which i gather is outsourced to another company i did not take it up as the questions were far to intrusive even going so far as to asking my height,weight and how much i spent on food plus wanting 2 next of kin with phone numbers and address i have worked in finance all my life never seen anything like it I decided to put on my credit card who then offered my to pay by installments no interest plus NO QUESTIONS so I presume the company Laybrook use want to see what the odds are are me living long enough (1YEAR) to clear the debt !

Ordered for my elderly mother.. Easy to order great customer service good communication with ordering by phone and good delivery service .very polite and quick putting electric bed together .would recommend .

From start to finish the staff were fantastic even keeping the bed in storage until we had moved. Since sleeping on the bed our sleep has been fantastic and pain free.
