No option for no star, service for air mattress is very poor. Their delivery engineer didn’t check mattress was properly set up or had any faults. Customer service were adamant that an engineer would not leaving without checking, they accuse back instead of solving problem same day and leaving fully disabled patient 4 nights on almost dilated air mattress. This is not a charity or free mattress provided. Cost a lot of money, you might as well have free supplied from NHS. Sometimes people think when customer service not out sourced from UK, they speak native English are best… they are the ones to sell you same cheap , poorly made product with no service ,very polite thoughtful sorry and leave you couple thousand pounds wiped off. Well established service. Thank you for your patience, polite service.

Our initial purchasing and installation from this company was a good experience but their ongoing service since has been excellent.
I needed the bed moving downstairs, urgently, and Rachel was so kind and understanding and the engineer came 2 days after my request and moved the bed, tested it and was so thorough and helpful. This company were so supportive in a stressful time.

Everything from discussing our order, to various options available and the amazing delivery operatives who built our bed has been amazing. We utilised the mattress swap guarantee and there was no fuss, the whole team really couldn't have done more.

From start to finish the service was excellent.Debbie was brilliant explaining everything to us about the bed and delivery. The delivery was quick and arrived on time as promised . Mark and Raymond were extremely helpful and demonstrated how the bed worked to my disabled sister and partner.

Having bought a hospital bed for my husband, we encountered a problem which required adjustment for his particular requirements, having contacted customer services who responded very quickly and went out of their way to solve the problem to a satisfactory solution. An excellent company to deal with, very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Very highly recommended, we thank them very much for all their help, would be happy to give 10 stars were it possible.

I was purchasing a bed for my elderly father who has particular needs. The salesman I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about which bed would be best suited.
The bed arrived on site at the allotted time and was put in place by the delivery team.
My father is over the moon with his new bed and is sleeping better than ever.

Very good service for ordering and delivery; we had an issue with road closure on our end on the day of the delivery but they very kindly agreed to redeliver on another day. Delivery and installation was thorough and very helpful staff.

There were some issues at the outset and, therefore, took a little longer than expected but when the chair bed did arrive the engineers were very pleasant and professional. They explained everything in plain, understandable English. It has made my life much more comfortable. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I originally bought 2 beds from Laybrook 15 years ago. I was very impressed with the friendly staff I dealt with at that time, I decided to contact them again when I wanted to buy a new mattress. So I did! And they did not let me down. Their staff are extremely professional and I would recommend Laybrook to anyone. Even the guys who delivered & fitted the mattress were top notch. They get 10 out of 10 from me.

Having had three other quotes from other companies who sent agents to my home. Not an experience I enjoyed ! A neighbour had purchased from Laybrook and recommended them so I rang them and was able to order over the phone! Very quick and easy! Ash was excellent and explained everything clearly! Bed was delivered on time and the process was completed easily. I was then told everything I needed to use the bed clearly and quickly. Great service all round and highly recommend!

Overall a great company with good salesmen. I managed the process for my sister and they were extremely helpful with the back & forth queries. She and her husband are really pleased with the two hospital beds they ordered. The delivery, installation and disposal of the old beds was done easily and quickly. One note, before ordering, take extra care in the choosing of the mattresses and also ensure they get your name correctly spelt, as once wrong, the com puter says NO to changes

I rang to have an engineer come to check over our bed the vibration function not working after we moved, Laybrook siad it would need a full check to con tinue the warranty I agreed and paid over £200 I gave them our new address. A couple of weeks later I had a notification of the engr visit I rang to confirm b ut when I confirmed our adress I was told that it still was booked for our address b ut it would still be on the same day. Fast forward a week or so another visit confirmation as requested I called to confirm but when I checked the address IT WAS STILL wrong I was then told the visit would need to be rearranged this despite me having told the company our no less than 3 times of our new address. Appalling customer service I am still waiting for my refund and have still had no further contact from the Company. % star support I think not

The overall experience in terms of selection, ordering, delivery and installation was excellent. The price was very competitive and we are absolutely delighted with the quality. Highly recommended.

From day one,speaking with Dan in the sales department. Not pushy,knowledgeable,gave me time to decide what I wanted and needed.I now have a custom made bed. The delivery men were friendly and helpful. Even made the bed for me.

Not Fit for Purpose.
We purchased a Harlech adjustable medical bed from Laybrook in December 2023. We explained that my husband had Parkinson’s Disease and used a grab rail to help him to manoeuvre in and out of bed. Laybrook sold us a grab rail for £175 and fixed this to the wooden bed frame on installation. I noticed earlier this year that a piece of wood had broken from the side of the bed frame where it fastens to the bed head. Laybrook visited and said my husband had used excessive force and we would have to pay for a whole new bed frame (approximately £2500). The grab rail is not fit for purpose for a wooden framed bed. The company’s claim that their medical beds would meet my husband’s needs were not true. If you need to use a grab rail I suggest that you do not buy a Laybrook bed.
