Hi everybody

You may have seen my recent review in relation to my purchase of a hyundi lawn mower fro Lawn and Power.

Things have moved on a bit I have now been contacted by the CEO who has also refused to honour his commitments under the relevant acts and will not provide me with a refund

I have had further emails which I will include in my legal action

The CEO and his henchman have told me that I must carry out certain mechanical works to the mower

I am 70 and have recently had a major operation and as I have told them all I am not a mechanic

On a connected matter this unit cost well in excess of 500 pounds

Do not buy a hyundai mower they are unreliable and made primarily of plastic

I have always had Haytor and honestly although they are a bit more expensive they are streets ahead of a product made in Korea from plastic

I will keep you all in touch with my progress but you will see that this company is rated bad by 10% of its customers on trust pilot which says it all They do not care once they have your money its over

Incidentally nobody has never apologised to me for the problem

Great company, brilliant staff who are very helpful. I note some people have complained about delivery, mine was delivered a day later than it should have been, but that was not the fault of Lawn and Power, it was TNT who were at fault, but the staff at Lawn and Power intervened and got it delivered the next day, otherwise the delivery would have been a few days later, thank you for your help.

they act fast! Really happy and the site was cheaper than anywhere else online.

Ordered a lawnmower Sunday evening, received confirmation of payment but not of order. I rang to check that they had received the order Tuesday morning to discover that the confirmation had slipped into my Hotmail junk folder. Seems Hotmail has a habit of doing this. Very pleasant and helpful chaps at Lawn and Power! Reassured they had the order I relaxed to await delivery later in the week. It actually arrived 20 mins after my telephone conversation! A great service.

Hyundai 510SPE lawnmower. Very easy to assemble about 15mins. Started first time out of the box. First time I used it the grass was wet there was no slip from the drive wheels. Very pleased with my purchase.

The Hyundai HY27550 compressor is a really good piece of kit. It has enough pressure for my needs and it's fill rate is excellent. It was easy to set up and I had it up in running in about five minutes. Delivery was the next working day. Overall, I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend it for anyone considering the purchase of a compressor and would recommend buying it from lawnandpower.co.uk

Purchased a Hyundai HYMT5200X 52cc Petrol Garden 5-in-1 Multi Function Tool - was delivered next day as promised. Arrived in good shape and had it up and running with no problems at all. Great service...thank you.

Following a fault with my mower I contacted the customer service dept by email , within a hour or so they contacted me (Taz).
Taz talked me through the returns process and what to do next at every step of the way and through to the arrival of my new mower Taz kept me informed , I will definitely be using Lawn and Power again because the price is competitive and the staff are very knowledgeable of each product they sell, if you are unfortunate enough to have to return products then you will be in safe hands , Taz went over and above and is a real asset to Lawn and Power and this should be recognized , thank you I will be in contact shortly to order more high quality gardening tools to keep my very large garden in trim .

I bought an Ego strimmer coming up 2 years ago. This week, I tried to use it for the first time this season and the battery had failed. I contacted the vendor, Lawn and Power, with my problem by email. They resonded within minutes, and with further information liaised with the manufacturer. Within 24 hours I was advised a replacement battery was on its way. I think this is exceptional customer service and to me the sign of a reputable supplier when they are truly needed.

I purchased Floodlights on behalf of our Football Club - the customer services was great, they accommodated our delayed delivery requirement. Efficient communication via Email and telephone. Would certainly recommend.

Ordered a scarifier and post hole borer monday. Both arrived wednesday, what a service. All straight forward on the web. Will be coming back to you for more equipment. Cannot praise highly enouth.

Purchased a Hyundai HYM460SP, good lawnmower, good customer service

I ordered a Hyundai HYM530SPE lawn mower, which was competitively priced and delivered earlier than anticipated. The mower is well constructed with useful features, such as the electric start and one lever height adjustment. I have tried the mower out, and it is powerful and fast. Looking at online video demonstrations of the mower it is shown to have levers for choke and throttle control, which were not fitted to my machine. I assume that this is due to an update. The mower started OK, so it must have an automatic choke. However, the speed of the mower makes turning somewhat difficult and a throttle control would have been useful.

What amazing customer service! They really couldn't have done more to make sure everything was just right with my order. I would 100% recommend.

Bought a compactor plate through this company. Very easy website and fast delivery. When I have spoke with them. The have always been very helpful and friendly

I discovered this company while searching on line. I placed an order with them last Friday for a 8 tread steps. The order was delivered by 11am on the following Monday. Throughout the whole order process I was kept informed of the progress of my order.
The product arrived in first class condition. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the service I received.
Would highly recommend this company- first class , well done in this day and age service like this is hard to find

I cannot rate these guys highly enough.
Ordered a Hyundai generator through them.
Unfortunately when it arrived it did not work. The Hyundai Power and equipment People who covered the warranty and support were unattainable. Due to Covid were only taking emails. To which I then found out takes two days to answer!
Lawn and Power however were on the phone talking me through things and trying to help me get it started.
In the end it had to go back but unfortunately it was the Hyundai team who had to pick it up. I had to chase it up for the best part of a week and with Lawn and Power helping to get through to them their end it was finally picked up. Then we were waiting for Hyundai to test the product before authorisation for a refund and we were talking alot of money here!
I needed the generator for my business to get started and Hyundai knew this but to date nearly two weeks later have heard nothing despite trying.
Lawn and Power realised what situation I was in and took it apon themselves to give me the full refund there and then which I am so grateful for because I can get on with my business now.
In these difficult times they went above and beyond with special thanks to Nigel and Taz.
However everyone I spoke to at Lawn and Power was polite and tried help out the best they could and could not have been more supportive.
So I cannot recommend them as a company highly enough and on a personal level, thanks for helping me out during a difficult time.
Will use again in the future.

I bought a Hyundai Lawnmower from Lawn and Power. The service I received from the company was fantastic - from guidance as to what mower would be most suitable, through to sorting out issues with the transport company.
Its unusual these days to get this level of service and follow up from a company - thanks again for a brilliant service!

We bought a Back Saver barrow as we are undertaking extensive landscaping in the back garden.
The welding on one side of the barrow was faulty and came apart - a new sub-frames was despatched straightaway and a follow up call received to ensure the delivery had been received.
One of the wheels deflated, the valve had sunk down into the innertube and a replacement wheel was despatched ASAP and again a telephone call received to ensure all now ok.
I am, despite the problems very pleased with the Barrow and the Customer Service from Nigel and Glen at Lawn and Power has been brilliant especially given the problems that Covid 19 has inflicted on our companies.
I recommend the company to anyone looking for Garden Equipment with the reassurance that, should it be required The Customer Service is superb.
