We phoned lawn and power on Tuesday asked lots of question about buying a new shed they were extremely helpful we ordered the shed on Tuesday online and it was delivered on Friday of the same week, FANTASTIC SERVICE and amazing quality shed it is a really good quality shed, and amazing to find a company that is reliable and sells quality products with great customer service. Will be using them again for any garden/ tool requirements thank you lawn and power

We ordered a lawnmower at about 10.00 am Monday morning. It was delivered at 7.30 am Tuesday morning !
How good was that. Assembly of mower was simple and straightforward. We would highly recommend this firm.

Bought a Hyundai lawnmower from Lawn and Power at what seemed a reasonable price, 430 SPE, arrived promptly, quick and easy to assemble after a look on youtube, first push button start mower I've had but started first time, plenty of drive and a good cut. Happy so far.

Ordered a Hyundai HYM430SPE lawnmower online at a great price and it was delivered by 9.30 the following morning. Bearing in mind that I live over 100 miles away that’s great service all round.
Have assembled and just waiting for the battery to charge before its first use. Some excellent features on the machine.

Reported fault to Glen, he took everything out of my hands, all I had to do was wrap my strimmer up for transportation. Glen kept me up to date with the repair. Best service I have had from a company for a long time. Definitely recommend buying from them.

Very quick service and when I had an issue I got straight through to a human, no annoying robots. Hyundai had forgotten to put the bottle of oil in the parcel, this was quickly resolved with no issue. Arrived within two days of ordering.

I emailed to check stock on my purchase, a Hyundai 24lt air compressor, I got a very prompt reply and after calling the company I ordered immediately. The guy on the phone (Glen) told me he would keep an eye out for my order coming through and would do his best to despatch that same day.
He was true to his word and I received my order the very next day. Well done Lawn and Power !

We had a problem with our Baksaver Wheelbarrow which was out of its 1-year warranty, and Lawn and Power negotiated a solution with the manufacturer and replacement parts have been sent to me. This is TOP TIER customer support and I’m happy to have bought British again! Not only that the solution is ecological as it given new life to a product that otherwise would have been discarded

Excellent company. We were directed to this company by Hyundai as we were unable to receive a rotavator from other companies for at least 4 months. This company had the rotavator we required and it was delivered within 2 days and works perfectly. Very good service from this company. Will use this company again.

I was recently scammed by a fake website so it is important to see the Trustpilot rating for a company.
I needed a site generator and the website Generator Fort was very convincing, but I did not read their Trustpilot Rating, or I could have saved myself a big financial loss. Lawn and Power are knowledgeably, friendly, and deliver extremely speedily.

Delivery was quicker than expected although it wasn't possible to track my order and the request for the driver to phone in advance was ignored.
The product was as expected and is better in many ways than the previous mower. It has a wider cut and therefore the large lawn takes less time to cut but the machine is significantly heavier and more tiring to manoeuvre.

Purchased a Hyundai Wacker Plate from Lawn & Power excellent website and communication, fast delivery and although only recently received very happy with product

Ordered Hyundai Chainsaw online. Excellent communication, fest delivery and well packaged. Chainsaw is also very good-higher quality than expected for the price

Like previous reviews on every company,you only really find out how good/bad they are when something goes wrong.
I bought a petrol power washer from Lawn and Power in July 2021 (after many hours of researching many machines ) and was pretty confident I’d made the right choice. Washer arrived couple of days later and I was happy with the product. In September 2021 the machine went wrong and was sent back to the manufacturer. It returned many weeks later (supposedly repaired ) and was probably even worse than before.
Up to this point, I’d dealt directly with the manufacturer’s customer service department which was basically an online chat and email response. To say it was rubbish would be an understatement.
I get that machines go wrong,but this was ridiculous,it was virtually brand new.
This is when Lawn and Power stepped in. I rang the Cardiff landline and got to speak personally about the washer faults.
Firstly you get to speak with someone and secondly,they actually know what they’re talking about. In this case it was Glen on the sales team.
To cut it short,I’d owned the washer for 5 months, 3 months of which the washer was either back at the manufacturers or in transit. I didn’t want it back and asked for a refund.
Lawn and Power made this happen on my behalf and the washer is now back with the manufacturers.
I placed another order with L & P for a Honda based washer and am very very happy with the product and advice I was given by Glen……he is a great asset to this company,I can’t thank him enough.
My final thoughts on this matter.
Buy the most expensive product you can afford.
Buy it from Lawn and Power
Make sure it’s got a Honda engine and you won’t go far wrong.

Great price and speedy delivery of hyundai chainsaw. Really pleased with competitive price and efficiency.

Purchased a Hyundai 62cc chain saw. Distribution was rapid. Product not the best but for the money you can not quibble. It does exactly what the product information say it does, hope it goes well in to the future. Chains that are provided are very good

Extremely efficient
Both before and after ordering the HyundaiHYM539SPE lawn mower.
I got an email to say that this was being delivered. and lo and behold there was a van outside delivering the machine !!!

I don't normally leave reviews, as I don't like doing so too early in case something then goes wrong and I can't change it. I generally forget to then leave a review later on! This time I have remembered...

I originally bought a Hyundai, self-propelled, pull-start lawnmower about 2 years ago(?). At the time I wasn't sure what I needed to get, but they were very helpful when I spoke to them before buying.

Unlike lots of other online companies, they actually have a UK landline phone number, which gets answered by a human! They were happy to help answer questions both before and after buying. They listened to what I was after and suggested some options and explained the differences between them. They didn't seem to be trying to upsell to me. I felt like they were suggesting appropriate mowers, rather than trying to push more expensive machines on me, which was pleasantly refreshing.

The person I spoke to made it clear how long the manufacturer's warranty was on the mower, and that they would help me liaise with the manufacturer should anything go wrong with it. They only really have to help for the first 28 days (I think?), after that it becomes the manufacturer's responsibility. After a month, most companies would just give you the phone number (or worse email) for the manufacturer and pass you off to them, but the person that I spoke to reassured me that if something went wrong after that initial period, they would still do all they could to help.
Nothing has gone wrong with it though and I would feel confident to buy the Hyundai mower again. It was reassuring to know that they would help me and would have talked to the manufacturers for me if it had though (as they have for a friend of mine, which was one of the reasons that I ordered from them in the first place). They actually still help you a long time after they legally have to.

I have spoken to them more recently about other items that we were looking to get and I have always found them extremely helpful. I am wondering if I am starting to bother them with my never-ending questions, but they don't seem to mind and always seem willing to help. Even contacting them after I have bought something, they are still helpful, so they aren't just being nice to get the sale, but customer service seems to continue afterwards as well.

Delivery was pretty quick and when we expected it to be, so there isn't much for me to say on that front.

I will happily be ordering from this company again and I just wish more companies were like them!
