Carol was very helpful and efficient. I was surprised how good the deal was on house insurance, much less than online quotes. She was able to explain some of the details that are not clear with online quotes. would definitely use again for car insurance quote

25 years a happy customer
Very happy with our renewal quote considering recent spikes in the market. Also arranged removal of driver after a bereavement very easily. Family business have used Laurie Ross for over 25 years ago & will continue to do so.

Great customer service from Kelly, she is a really friendly and knowledgeable person. She made renewing my taxi insurance so easy, emailing my documents to my admin office and sending me the paper version. Also got me a very reasonable renewal price.
