Lovely staff both night and day staff were amazing the room could of been a bit cleaner few stains on walls but for price guess you can’t complain lol

I encountered an issue where the pin didn't align with the itinerary number and a double charge occurred. It would be beneficial to have a straightforward contact number for direct assistance.

I will never use laterooms again
When I arrived at Premier Inn Longbridge I was turned away because they had no record of my booking, even though I showed them the confirmation email from laterooms. As I stood on the pavement outside, wondering what to do & where I would stay, I cancelled the booking because I would not be staying there as they had no room for me. Having explained all this to the laterooms 'support team', I have received an email saying I will not be refunded because it was a non refundable booking. This is very unfair as I didn't want to cancel, I wanted to stay in a room that was not provided. I paid for a service which was not available as promised, like paying for goods but not receiving them. It's an insult that they have quoted the cancellation policy when I was not offered the service I had paid for. I am thinking I will go to the small claims court on principle. I certainly would discourage anyone from using laterooms.

Your booking was made through LateRooms with Expedia acting as the fulfilment agent. We can see that your booking was cancelled on the day of your arrival, and if this cancellation was initiated by the hotel, a refund would normally be due.

I booked a hotel laterooms.com was unable to make it to the hotel wanted to cancel and it was so so difficult in cancelling this booking. Easier to purchase from them, but when you’ve got issues and cancellations they make it so difficult. Never use. laterooms.com

Unable to reach customer services, the pin provided doesn’t match the itinerary number and they have taken double payment. There should be an easy accessible contact number to talk to someone.

I needed an extension for my stay
I needed an extension for my stay as we encountered an unforeseen issue when meeting up with family but unfortunately this hotel could not accommodate us so we had to wait in the car in the basement carpark for 2 hrs. We are grateful to the member of staff for extending the car parking though . At least we didn’t have to wonder the streets . Unsure if we would use this hotel again though unfortunately.

I found great deal which was extremley simple to book on website. This is perfect for my husband and I as we both work hard and our rotas are changed about so getting break together is what makes late rooms convieniant for us
