J'ai le plaisir d'avoir financé la maison Lanieri à hauteur de 400 €. Les cartes cadeaux ne sont valables que 6 mois. Il ne faut absolument pas déroger à la règle, aucun effort ne sera fait (même après 2 mois). Il est bon de rappeler que je n'ai jamais vu cela, y compris dans des maisons au positionnement bien plus modeste. Qualité sans doute, mais sans considération.

It is made with good fabric and feels perfectly adjusted from the beginning. Will order again.

Tempi non accettabili
Il lavoro è ben fatto e il personale è professionale e gentile.
I tempi di lavorazione e consegna non sono accettabili, questa è la ragione del giudizio non positivo che difficilmente porterà ad una ripetizione dell'esperienza.
L'assortimento di complementi ed accessori è troppo limitato, così è controproducente.

Siamo felici che la qualità dei nostri prodotti sia all'altezza delle sue aspettative.
Per quanto riguarda invece le tempistiche, cerchiamo di essere sempre il più trasparenti possibili circa le settimane necessarie alla lavorazione dei nostri capi. La lavorazione di un capo su misura richiede pazienza e soprattutto un'attenzione ed una cura al dettaglio che si differenziano sicuramente rispetto al mondo del ready to wear. L'obiettivo finale rimane comunque quello di consegnare prodotti di alta qualità, ma faremo tesoro del suo feedback e cercheremo di migliorare sotto questo punto di vista in futuro.

5 mesi per un completo
Dopo circa 5 mesi di attesa e due tentativi di sartoria siete riusciti a fornirmi il completo "sartoriale" ordinato con difetti di vestibilità tali da non essere neppure rimediati dalla vs sarta. Stanco mi sono accontentato di prendere una giacca di minore pregio pret a porter presente in negozio.
Nonostante tutto non avete neanche avuto la gentilezza e di praticarmi uno sconto, che credo chiunque avrebbe praticato, se non altro come scuse nrl tentativo di fidelizzare il cliente

Dopo aver constatato alcune problematiche di vestibilità sulla giacca del suo completo, abbiamo cercato di venirle incontro con tutte le soluzioni possibili previste dalle nostre policy - rimborso integrale e rifacimento ex novo. Tuttavia questo non si è rivelato sufficiente, ma restiamo sempre disponibili per eventuali chiarimenti e/o necessità.

Esperienza magnifica
Esperienza magnifica. Ogni qual volta ho bisogno di un vestito per una cerimonia, posso andare da Lanieri e affidarmi ad Emanuele. Sempre onesto, diretto, e con un ottimo gusto. D'altronde non sarei al 3 abito se non fosse così.

About the last order one of the two…
About the last order one of the two shirts never arrived (of course they reimboursed me) and they never call when the ordered items arrive: I have to call them otherwise I would have to wait for ages. Compared to previous orders service is collapsing.

Clown Suit
Purchased a suit, blazer and shirt. Sent shirt and suit in initial order. The shirt and suit fit so poorly was instructed to throw them away. When suit and shirt arrived the fit was acceptable but the shoulders have puckers around the edge as though a child sewed them. I was advised by the salesman that they made me a shirt style suit. I work with professionals in suits and have never seen a shirt style suit, nor on a plane, train or anywhere.

As already discussed via email, we remade both your suit and your shirt from scratch once we agreed that the fit was off after the first fitting. For both the original purchase and the remake you requested for the jacket to be manufactured with a shirt-like shoulder, which is a typical sartorial customization option. Our customers can alternatively request the Neapolitan shoulder, which has a more structured and defined style.
We apologize if the requested shirt-like shoulder type was not up to your liking, but we simply respected the customization you requested and confirmed after the first fitting.

Suit with substandard finishing and delayed
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the suit I recently purchased. While I love the fabric and design, I experienced several issues. It took over 5 months to receive pants that fit correctly, and the first pair arrived with a large hole in the lining. For a suit at this price point, the finishing is unacceptable. After only three uses, the lining of the right sleeve has torn in an area that experiences minimal stress. Additionally, the zipper feels fragile and of questionable quality.
I've admired your Italian brand and appreciate the style and fabric choices. However, the poor construction and lengthy alteration process have significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope you'll address these concerns and ensure that future garments meet the high standards I expect from Lanieri.
