Nonostante non fosse il primo abito…
Nonostante non fosse il primo abito comprato le misure si sono rivelate errate, soprattutto quelle dei pantaloni.
Il personale è stato cortese e disponibile nel tentativo di risolvere ma in realtà dopo circa 1 mese le modifiche fatte sono al limite dell'accettabile

Siamo molto spiacenti del malinteso verificatosi con l'ultimo ordine.
Purtroppo, come già constatato insieme al collega di Bruxelles, in fase di configurazione aveva selezionato l'opzione "Fondo Stretto", il che comporta un'automatica riduzione della misura del fondo di -1 cm. In futuro le raccomandiamo di selezionare esclusivamente "Fondo Medio" per evitare che il problema si ripeta. Ci scusiamo nuovamente per l'incomprensione ed il disagio causatole.

The professionalisme and knowledge of Claudio are impressive.
The way he lead me through the whole process and gave me advice while providing a professional but still objective point of view really helped me and made me feel at ease during the whole process.
The only slightly less positive note is the booking system for appointments. appointments cancelled, changed incorrect informations received by mail.

Excellent Italian rendering but lack of options and buttoning quality is not always perfect
Lanieri is an excellent choice for half-size elegant suits and clothing. The choice of Italian fabrics and the fact that the costumes are made in Italy are a point to highlight. Customer service is very responsive. However, on one of my costumes, a button had come off after a few months because it had been badly sewn. And I had the same experience but with all the buttons of a coat; which is unfortunate for the price. I have made them aware of my dissatisfaction about this and I hope that it will not happen again. Otherwise, despite the fact that the clothes are customizable, I find they lack options. Although we can make specific requests by contacting them, I find that they could display the options directly on the site. For example, it should be noted that high-waisted trousers are required ; this is not an option offered directly. Apart from that, the quality of the final product is very good.

It's a bit difficult to take the measures (maybe it could help to have a way of taking the measures from one's own shirt). At least it is possible to adjust the measures afterwards.
