Emma Mattress not as advertised
I ordered an Emma mattress which transpired I was not getting the specific mattress as specified. I had to pay extra for the right mattress. The delivery was lengthy and I would not use this company again although the Customer Service support was good.

There was an issue with a lengthy deliver date but land of beds really pulled out all the stops to ensure I received my mattress in a timely manner in fact early. I would highly recommend this company with very competative pricing and extremely good customer service

I found the original Premier Inn Hypnos Mattress!
I was looking to source the Hypnos mattress that Premier Inn used before switching to Silent Night and found one called ‘Hypnos Hotel Mattress’ on Land of Beds so ordered one. Well, it didn’t disappoint - the best night’s sleep! The mattress took about a month from order to delivery and I was kept informed throughout. Excellent overall service.

Land of Beds is very confusing?
The Dormeo 8500 mattress is the very best, and Land of Beds price for it was much lower....brill so far! They deliver it L of B in 14 to 21 days, that's good too! And it was available from them! But, then we get an email from Dormeo direct, not L of B, stating that this mattress is in fact is coming from.them, and will.take up.to 28 days to deliver, ie. by the 7/7/26..... Really disappointing as longer than L of B actually stated !!! Are we dealing with Land of Beds or Dormeo, very confused customer???

Thanks for getting in touch. You ordered from Land of Beds and we're your point of contact throughout – the Dormeo email came directly to you because they dispatch this mattress on our behalf.
We're sorry about the confusion over the delivery timeframe. We quoted 14–21 days, and we know a message suggesting up to 28 days feels like the goalposts have moved. We're looking into this with Dormeo and will come back to you tomorrow with an update.
Charley was superb
Charley was superb. Politely greeted us when we arrived and then gave us some space to leisurely lie down on the mattresses. Offered helpful alternatives and then did her best to find a good deal for us. Readily compared the price to other online sellers and matched the price with no hesitation. Made us feel very comfortable. She also took it upon herself to print out some colouring sheets for our two children to help us keep them entertained whilst we were browsing. What more could you ask for?

The delivery service I was recommended…
The delivery service I was recommended were absolutely terrible. It let down my entire experience. The delivery service of the bed which was meant to be the exciting part- they REFUSED TO REMOVE the plastic that the bed came with and that the headboard came with. They left a total mess behind in my bedroom where they delivered the bed. They said I did not pay for them to tidy and remove the debris they left behind. I’m wheelchair bound and they were just totally unhelpful .
