Kohl’s lost my online orders twice back to back. Customer service reps were all rude. I spent approx 4’hours on phone with these kohls customer service “reps”. I will not shop at kohls ever again and if u don’t want aggravation and stress I would not shop there either

The worst customer service. I received a merchandise credit from a return but was not able to use it. I was first accused of lying about this then I called and was told there was indeed balance on the card but was not activated. They kept telling me they would call me back about this but they never did after three phone calls. I did nothing wrong this whole situation yet I am the one taking the responsibility of the loss of credits.

Why is there no Curbside pickup?? It online says curbside is available. How does that work for your handicapped customers. According to your person who answered the phone the answer was uggh. I'm done with Kohls. Bye

The worst customer service of any retail store..Ordered on line and noticed the item was NOT what I ordered tried to have them cancel it they would not..tried to have them send me a label to return they would not..never ordering again I order a lot every month..done with Kohl's

The store, especially the woman's section is such a mess and crowded.
The fashions for woman are a disaster. They are really ugly and the fabric is really cheap.
Kohls used to have their own line that was nice and it was displayed nicely but that is no longer the case.
Very disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer of Kohl's for years, regularly shopping in-store and using both their store card and major credit card. Unfortunately, my experience with their rewards system—specifically Kohl’s Cash—has been consistently frustrating.
Time and time again, I receive Kohl’s Cash with a short expiration window, but when I go to use it, I’m told it’s either unavailable or “not in the system.” This has happened more than once, and it’s unacceptable. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to chase down rewards that were already issued to me.
What made this even worse was the lack of care from customer service. When I called to address the issue, I was told they could “submit a complaint,” but no real solution or resolution was offered. When I asked what that would actually do for me, there was no clear answer. The supervisor I spoke with seemed completely unbothered, which only added to my frustration.
At this point, I’m done. My husband and I will be closing our accounts and taking our business elsewhere. Loyal customers deserve better—especially when it comes to honoring rewards that were promised.

Ordered three things to be shipped to my home. Received email that one item had to be picked up at the store. I order on-line because I have no way to get to the store. When I told the customer service rep to cancel my order, I was told that they couldn't
cancel the order, which I had placed a few hours before. No where did it say on the website that the one item could not be shipped. No more Kohl's

I went into Kohl's with Amazon returns and whoever the heavy set Black Woman was that waited on me was Loud and Rude when addressing me. I managed one of the biggest retail store for 6 years and Good CUSTOMER SERVICE ranks second to only Good Merchandise in the retail business. Being a Black Woman myself I try to show other Black Women respect because I know personally that Customer Service gets blamed and catches the bulk of complaints. However it is Customer Service Job to handle anything in a professional manner. Black Women are already the most disrespected group there is but I can see why customers get into shouting matches with some Customer Service Associates. I don't think she like the fact that I was returning Amazon Merchandise. I looked around the store and found a pair of jeans I really wanted and when time to check out there was another kind, professional, Black Woman checking customers out. Those are the people that should work returns. It's sad to say but I almost went off but contain myself. Kohl's need improvement quick and fast..

I was looking for customer service. I did not receive any resolve. Opposite actually. Treated terrible. The rep was aware of the issue did nothing. I spend alot of money there. Terrible. Lack of professionalism.

We ordered a black 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner for a really good price, it was on sale. We received an 8000 BTU white portable air conditioner. I tried to chat via the chat box which was ridiculous because I was speaking to a computer and was getting nowhere. We finally found a telephone number and called and spoke to a really nice heavily accented young woman. She told me repeatedly that she could not reorder the unit at the sale price today and that we should wait 7-14 business days to reorder. She said she would "make a note on our account" so we would get the sale price. I told her that it was unacceptable to wait that long. What was the point of waiting 7-14 business days? It makes no sense. After 35 minutes of conversation she was finally able to order us a new unit, the one we had originally purchased, at the same price although the unit was no longer on sale. We had to put the 50 lb unit into my car and take it back to Kohl's. The return was uneventful and went well. We received the second unit. Again, it was supposed to be a 10,000 BTU portable air conditioner which turned out again to be another 8,000 BTU air conditioner. So now, I have to put it back in my car and take it back to Kohl's once again. I really want to order another unit at the sale price because I really want that unit. But is this going to continue to happen? Who is packing these items at the warehouse? Do they not know the difference between $8,000 and 10000? This is ridiculous. We paid $289 on sale. The current price is $569. So frustrating. I think my relationship with Kohls has come to an end.

Kohl’s will not accept a payment from you unless you have the credit card or your ID. I went in to payoff the statement balance and they would not accept it without the actual card or the ID of the card holder even though I had the statement.

I understand security but I wasn’t making purchase. I wanted to pay my balance. I find this ridiculous and inconvenient.

I usually order from Kohks on line. Sometimes I will receive an extra 30% or 40% off my total. Can’t use with name brands. I have bought a lot of items with the discount. Easy to return if it doesn’t work out.

I ordered Kohls online. Everything I ordered was very cheap quality wrong color and size. The material for what they charged the price for was very cheap and would not even hold up to a delicate cycle on line dry. I plan on returning the rest of my order back. They know they are charging a 15 percent restock fee even though it is their error. I am still waiting for an order that is coming in from overseas. It’s been 12 business days. Still nothing but a shipping tracking from a Chinese company Once again wrong size. Kohl’s clothing has gone down in quality. They are way overpriced compared to online retailers.

Asset/security tag attached to item that I ordered online and had shipped to me. They should have offered a free reship with a return label for the pants with the tag, instead they expected me to go to a store to have the tag removed. No, you sent me your problem, and YOU should fix it. Returning the item and not reordering.

Columbus, Indiana has one line at checkout, returns, orders, and Amazon.
Truly, a hardship. I waited 32 minutes in line to drop off an Amazon return.

Absolutely one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. I placed a simple order expecting a smooth process, but everything went wrong from start to finish. The website showed items as available, yet after ordering, things suddenly became “unavailable” or were replaced with completely different products.Shipping was a mess — tracking updates made no sense and the package arrived late with missing items. Trying to get help was even worse. Customer service felt completely useless, with agents repeating the same scripted responses and offering no real solution. It honestly felt like no one cared about fixing the issue.On top of that, the pricing and promotions are confusing and misleading. Discounts don’t apply the way they should, and returns feel unnecessarily complicated.

I am being harrassed by a collection agency over a Kohls Capitol One charge I never made. They say the charge was $71.00 and has gone up to $209. I told them if I made the charge I would pay it. I did not make the charge and they are insisting I did make the charge in 2024. I found out about it in January of 2026 after my credit score went from 803 down to 583. I have contacted Kohls Office of the President and Capitol One with no help at all. Buyer beware.

1 Star. Only because there's not a zero star option. Online purchase went fine. But shipping was sketchy right from the start. "Expected March 28." Then the tracking said "Arriving March 31." Then on March 30, I was notified that the package had been returned to sender because the address was vacant and there was no forwarding address. This address is NOT vacant. I've been here over 5 years.

So I called Customer Service. She researched the order, and told me that the package had been returned, right after I explained that the package had been returned. She told me that once they receive the package back, a refund can take up to 30 days to be issued. I explained that I wasn't interested in a refund, I would really like to have that item, just resend the package. She informed me that was not an option.

So now I have to wait, start over, and they get to use that money for up to 30 days. Sorry Kohl's... I won't be back.

ordered $164.40 worth of women's clothing. on 3/23/26- 4 items, received 3 within a few days, however never got a confirmation of order to my Email acc't and no packing slip with the items received.
ordered 2 prs. of slacks, bedroom slippers and shoes.
slacks and bedroom slippers received, still have not received the shoes.
slacks were neither short or petite size as had ordered, asnd need to return them . As for the slippers, too big and want to return them. tried to find my order on line and could not because even though I ordered as a guest they would not let me in as a guest and wanted me to sign up as a member. When I finally got to speak to someone, they had a difficult time finding my order. Once they did, they send me a copy of the items that I had received but I am not able to copy it and that email has disappeared from my lap top. As for the shoes I am told I should received them by 3/31/26 but if they do not arrive by that time, I cannot do a search for them before Fri. 4/ 3/26. I will never shop online at Kohl's again.

Never received a package. The only option they provide was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What kind of customer service is that? I will never spend another dime at this place.
