We bought Sonoma men's crew neck T shirts from Kohls recently. After 1 washing with cold water with like colors, the dyes faded and created faded streaks in different places on the T shirts. These are the ones "Made In Bangladesh". What a waste of money since my husband cant wear them anymore.

The clothes ordering online are usually a hit or miss for myself, but Kohl's clothes fit perfect and are very comfortable! The slippers I ordered online are so comfortable.

If you are smart, you will not obtain a Kohl’s credit card. They have the worst employees at their stores and customer service is just as bad. They mailed a package without my incomplete address. Post office sent it back. I called in before it even arrived back and was told that the refund would be processed immediately and Kohl’s cash refunded which I could care less about. What I do care about is that I ordered a gift for my daughter-in-law in time for her birthday and I’m still being charged for it and never even received it and they received it back six days ago because I have confirmation. The gentleman on the phone barely spoke English and had the audacity to tell me to wait seven more days. To be honest it sounded like AI. They never stand behind their mistakes. Just close down at this point.

The communications from Kohl's regarding my online order were incomplete. Sounded like once they said my item was on its way, that was it. Then it didn't arrive and no more communications. Tried calling them, hit a dead end, and no way to reach a livebody. Even tried calling their corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. No way there to reach a live body either. Finally reached someone on live chat - subjected me to aggravating active listening. Told me to hold tight, it might still arrive. Which is didn't. Next time I tried calling, someone actually answered after I repeatedly hit "0". Now I wait 7 days for the refund. Ugh. Never never again. Terrible service, terrible customer service. And I was really looking forward to that dress...

Horrible place to shop and returns are a nightmare!! Online shopping is a scam, they use 3rd party merchandisers so if something’s wrong it’s impossible to get it fixed, you’ll get an overseas call center and they will lie and drag you along for weeks and NO resolution- I’m done!!!I’ve heard this happens to lots of people!!

I placed an online order and when I received it the clothing I purchased was USED and smelled like laundry soap. The tags were put back on with tape. I will be returning my purchase. Such a let down...

Worst customer service ever. I made an order online, for some reason one of the items was post for shipping an the rest for pickup which was always my intension. The item post by mistake was my daughter's birthday gift. I chat with customer service agent after several times trying to get connected and Noah told me he can't cancel or change the order so I can pickup my girls present. Never buying at that store again.

Kohls has nice stuff and nice sales staff but their marketing techniques are a scam.
It’s like buying a used car from a disreputable dealership. The rules and deals change right before your eyes. Twice I’ve gotten coupons for 10 dollars off if you spend 25. And both times the things I bought didn’t qualify! I used to love Kohl’s but not anymore. They have lost my trust and my business

I placed an online order for 2 items; 1 shows being shipped delivery 8/4 - 8/7. The other item still says waiting for pickup. Finally getting through to a human I was told I have to wait and see if the 2nd item is included. If not I can't call back until 8/12/26! Ridiculous! I of course found the jeans at an amazing price added to the order! Play the waiting game! Today is the 5th and UPS says in transit. Kohls needs to inform customers of this happening ! In the long run the $35 I saved on the jeans wasn't worth it. Now my 16 yr old may or may not get his presents! Never again will I shop at Kohls online, in store ! The reward $$ are supposed to make up for there shoddy service not at all

I was issued a Kohl's Merchandise Credit with explicit management approval on-site as a final resolution for a transaction. However, upon attempting to utilize these funds, store employees and the current management on duty refused to accept it, citing internal register blocks or system errors.
Per Kohl’s official corporate terms, a Kohl’s Merchandise Credit represents verified store funds with no expiration date. A local store's inability or unwillingness to properly bypass an internal system error or perform a manual management override does not invalidate the legal legitimacy of the funds I hold. Refusing to honor this credit constitutes a breach of retail service policy and the wrongful withholding of my balances.
Because this issue was formally approved by a store manager at the time of issuance, I expect Kohl's Corporate to uphold the commitment made by its management team.

I live in Belleville Il but go to the KOHLS STORE IN COLLINSVILLE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ESPECIALLY FROM A GIRL NAMED JENNIFER W. SHE IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS ALWAYS A JOY TO SEE HER ESPECIALLY WHEN I BRING IN MY SERVICE DOG SHE IS EVEN KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SERVICE DOGS BUT SHE TRULY IS A SWEET AND HELPFUL PERSON!

I returned some items at Kohls that I’d bought through Amazon. One item I’d returned never arrived at Amazon and after a while of still not receiving it Amazon charged me. I went to Kohls and spoke to a manager, Esmeralda. She was totally rude and unhelpful. She couldn’t care less if I were charged for something I’d returned to her store even though I had proof I’d returned it to Kohls. I called Amazon. They were wonderful and took care of the issue, refunding my money even though they never did get the product, but my experience with Kohls? Awful. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Terrible . I ordered a pair of shoes and jeans . Took 2 week to get my shoes still havent got my wrangler jeans over a month. I was told 3 delivery dates . Called said i would get a credit on 7 to 10 days not going told hold my breath. They lost my buisness forever

They suck, I’m not buying anything else from them. Every single time there is an issue with the order. I’m done just close them down!

If I could leave no stars I would.their customer service has gone down terribly. And they don't care!!!I've emailed,I've called,and chatted with an ignorant associate.All to no availe.We will no longer shop there!!!

I created an online account to make a pick up order because they were having a 40% off ONE day sale. Placed my order and then the next morning I check my email to see THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER minutes later. No explanation either. It's idiotic companies like this with overly sensitive AI security that will forever loose money to competitors. I will not give them my business again as it has taught me that shopping online with Kohls is a waste of my time! I love a good sale and even though my order was less than $50, what bothers me the most is that they completely wasted my time.

Kohl's is the absolute worst for online shopping. Not only do they use several different shipping companies i.e. Fedex, Kohl's delivery, USPS they are always 10-14 days out, too long. In store pick up is a joke. It takes 1-5 hours to get notified to go get your order or they like to cancel your order & give no reason why!! I really needed what I ordered THAT day, waited for my pick up notification just to have thrm cancel my order!!! Ordered a similar product elsewhere & got it next day.

I placed an order on July 22 with a delivery dsye of July 28. As of today, July 29 the items still haven't arrived and there is no updated travking info since the 26th. Contacted customer service who said I have to wait 6 more days before they can do anything. Absolutely no regard for customer service/satisfaction
