All I can say is I am so grateful that I had a call with P.R. She put so much effort and time into my free consultation, she understood me, broke down and explained all of my a questions and doubts. Gave me extremely valuable advice during the free consultation and wasn’t afraid to give me all this advice even though it was free, I finally feel I can breathe as I understand the legal steps that I require as I was sick with worry not understanding the family law world. I had a free 1 hour with Preeya Rampersad. She was really understanding of my case and gave me a really supportive and comprehensive checklist of actions to do during my divorce’s negotiations with my husband.

Please think twice before using this firm. I enlisted their services to deal with my Dads probate matters when he sadly passed away. I found them to be unprofessional and disrespectful they caused me a lot of stress and upset. Official paperwork sent off had mistakes, facts and figures were recorded wrongly, there was a total disregard for my data protection, they doubled their fees, I believe I was overcharged for disbursements, despite asking numerous times I have never received an explanation or refund and I believe I was misled/lied to more than once.

It took them over 15 weeks to reply to my complaint. They admitted all the mistakes made and had to undertake additional work to correct them.

I am still waiting for the deeds of my house to be updated due to the fact that it took them 3 months to submit the forms to land registry.

I’d like to think they feel embarrassed and ashamed at their quality of service, it is a terrible way to treat a client, especially one that is going through such a dreadfully sad time.

So far, its been great. Preeya was knowledgeable in the initial consultation and helpful. I'm going to use them; just have one or two questions before instruction and depending on the response will decide however, so far, excellent.

I spoke to a lovely lady Preeya and she explained everything to me regarding a divorce she was clear and made feel at ease.

Needed some legal advice and they offered a 1 hour free consultation it was so professional and they explained the situation in normal day terms rather than legal jargon and were so helpful that I have now employed then to deal with my case

Quick and easy quote, very friendly service and straight forward to arrange appointments with reminder emails. Josh fit our new loft hatch and boarded the loft out, accommodated the hatch I'd bought even though ot was different from what was expected based on the quote, speedily requoted and checked before completing the work. Joined by Finn for part of the day they worked so hard and left the place absolutely spotless. Grade A quality work. I couldn't praise them enough. I'm thrilled woth the work.

Postponed initial consultation twice, which delayed us getting legal advice for over a month. The second booking was postponed only the evening before. Clearly the firm does not wish to offer the initial consultations and doesn’t see it as a priority to attract new clients, despite offering this service. Anyone contacting law firms are doing so because they are in times of need and this firm did absolutely nothing to assist with this. Would not recommend.
