If I could give less than 1 star I would. The Kevin guy assigned to us awful and never picks calls. Everything to voicemail. Their processses involve longer useless forms with information you already gave them.

Unfortunately, legal teams know the SRA will back them to the hilt, and that clients don't really want to engage with the Legal Ombudsman.
What is the name of the mysterious solicitor who oversees the paralegals? Why can't I have contact details for a compliance team, is advice about Data Protection outsourced?
If my review can be amended, I will be only too pleased to make it more favourable.

I would highly recommend this firm for their excellent service throughout my property purchase. The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the professionalism, patience and support I received from Deumi and Thimeesha.

When my father in law passed in August 2025 we needed a solicitor to deal with the Probate.We decided to use KLR as they had been very good 6 years ago for my aunt's will.
A different person was appointed.Michelle Phillips and she was just as attentive as before.She was very accessible both in person or email and nothing was too much trouble.
Queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Probate only took a few months and she handled all the utility bills/bank accounts which took the pressure off me.
The fees charged were in line with those recommended by the Law Society.
I am pleased to say we were very pleased with Michelle and would strongly recommend.

I wouldn’t give them 1 star if it was an option. Worst solicitor I have ever dealt with. Paid my sons deposit on a house and had requests to send the same information repeatedly after it had already been sent. Absolutely appalling service. I’m sure Oshini was only the spokesperson for the company and she perhaps got the brunt of the complaints as she was the one all correspondence went through. Would never recommend them.

Thimeesha and Amana have been great, constantly in communication and pushing to hit targets even when other parties where hard to deal with, both lovely to speak to and very helpful / calming,
