Every time we had an issue or a question, we would get a response within the working day.. Which really made us feel at ease going through such a process for the first time. The case passed through each of these guys with ease and was seamless. There was nothing more they could do to exceed expectations. Even with, at times, having to persist/chase 3rd parties. Nothing was ever too much for these guys. As I said, a real credit to themselves & the business. We will be sure to use them again, should we ever need to! Thanks again to all mentioned!
