Items were not like in photos (very very poor quality). Contacted on the day I got them that I want to return. Took them 2 weeks to provide return address. It’s been nearly 2 months now and no refund for the returns items. Have reported this company as scam. please avoid

They state below that they have reached out to me, which they know is utter and complete lie. I have reported this company to police and will have their bank account frozen soon with all the money they have stolen from people.

Ca you please stop lying to people with these messages below. You very well know that a case has been opened against you for the returned good, which you can see perfectly well that they have been. delivered as you sent the the label which you can track! So please please please stop lying. I asked for return address on July 15th and it took you until July 24th to provide with return address. The item has been returned for over a month now and you really d have a nerve to come here and state utter and complete lies

UPDATE: All after 3 months of court battle with these scammers I have gotten my money back. If I could i would find these people in Taiwan (yes they are based in Taiwan) and ensure they can never operate any business to scam more people.

Coming to write a review in the hopes that someone from the company will then contact me. I ordered a swimsuit on the 15th of July and got the app to track the package. It was a week later and I saw that it hadn’t been shipped yet... I emailed the company and they got back to me that night saying it would be shipped soon. On the 19th or so it said it was shipped. I’m in the US and if it’s coming from China I understand it will take a while, but I’ve now emailed the company 4 or 5 times because I have no details on shipping. It just says details unavailable. Just want to know when to expect it by......

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS I WOULD! COMPLETELY HORRIBLE!! My package was shipped to the completely wrong address and I have emailed them 7 times about the missing package with screenshots of where the package was delivered and everything, asking for some type of help whether it be a refund or shipping out a new item. They haven’t even responded to me. WHAT A JOKE!!!! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I ordered 2 bathing suits. 1 came after 2-3 weeks and the other one still hasn’t come (it’s been over a month now)

Altough the shipping lastet a lot longer, than i was expecting (Austria), the product is just like in the pictures show. Got a beautiful Jumpsuit for little money. I absolutely recommend klozetstyle.

It’s already been over a month since I ordered this one item and until now I still haven’t received it. Shows on their site they’re located in Florida USA. But the item is actually coming from China.

Never will I buy from here again. The item I bought was insanely small and did not meet the measurements at all. It also was a completely different colour than the picture, and looked like an almost different item. It took them a while to respond to my emails and were not happy to help me.

I am writing this the day after my package was supposed to come. Although it has taken over 1 month to get here (which I understand, given that swimsuits in summer is one of the biggest clothing seasons.) When I was worried about how late it was (and still am, because it hasn’t come yet!!) I contacted them and they responded the same night answering my questions and apologizing. Their customer service is good, but how long items take to get to you? NOT good.

I ordered 4 dresses in a small, when they arrived they were all very cheaply made and did not fit me. Returning the items has been a grueling month long process, I had to send multiple emails to receive a response. I have decided to keep one dress that did not fit because it was going to cost me 60 dollars to ship it to China. There is one item that was a shirt when I ordered a dress, they are still refusing to give me a free return on an item they incorrectly sent me. This is a terrible cheap site, you'll be lucky to find an item you like. I will say that out of the 4 dresses one of them wasn't too small but it was a maxi dress so it's not hard to mess that one up.

my bathing suit never came and now I cannot even log into my account. basically took my money from me. I ordered it about 2 months ago at this point.

I placed my order on June 6th. It is now July 15th and I have not received my complete order. I received part of my order last week. This is a bad customer service experience with absolutely no correspondence regarding the lengthy delivery time. I am going to be returning the dress that I received last week, waiting on the bralette I ordered to see if I like that before I try to contact them to begin the return process. Crossing my fingers that the return process is not as lengthy as their 6+ weeks for delivery. I will not be ordering for this website again.

Ordered two swimsuits four months ago that we never received. No help from customer service. Summer is almost over for us. Zero stars would be more accurate.

Shipping speed is slow. Takes over a month and still have not received item! Customer service could not provide any details of when the package will be delivered. You are better off finding a different boutique to buy from. Good luck. UPDATE. The company responded and did not answer specifically on when the package will be here. The carrier is USPS. The carrier is awaiting the item before they will ship. The company asked that I contact them before posting a review, which I did. The order was placed on 5/8. I contacted the company on 5/28 and again on 6/8. To your future customers, this company is not customer service oriented. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time or money on this site. This seems like a scam.

I’m happy when I received my order yesterday. The style is pretty cute and the color is nice too. I recommend!
