I bought a bra, assuming I could return it if unsatisfactory, as I have done with other bras from other sources! Bra was lovely but did not fit. It is NOT returnable - their policy does say so and I should have read it more carefully. However…who sells bras online with no returns? The only way to know if a bra fits is to try it on! This is very flawed customer service.

Hi Triss,
.....However, our store policy does not accept returns on intimates, lingerie, swimwear, and discounted items.

We hope you understand.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Klozetstyle Team

I absolutely love the dress is absolutely beautiful it looks exactly what I expected

Worst clothes quality and way to small!!! Took forever to be delivered and it’s literally trash!

My shoes were chipped at the heels besides that i love them. A bit small so i recommend a larger size.

I ordered a dress and a completely different one come in the mail. I tried emailing the website to get a refund but it said that there was an error. Hopefully someone sees this so I can return the dress.

the dress is beautiful. but the only problem was they wouldnt tell u on the website when ur dress would arrive. and we got charged an extra 15 dollars because it was US dollars loll but its not their fault we shouldve read properly!

Only received 2 out of the three items I ordered. The last item disappeared and the email address provided love@klozetstyle not work when I attempted to contact them about the matter.

The pants were great but the quality of the dress was a little average and it was too loose around the top. The items I did receive were pretty close to what was pictured so that was good.

Took a month for me to get the items that I ordered. Customer service wasn’t really responsive when I asked where my items were. Items came too late for what I needed and now I’m expecting a full refund!

Has been like almost a month and my package has not arrived.

Terrible!!!! I didn’t get any Christmas presents I ordered on December 10th with express shipping

My order came today and I’m very happy with it. The quality is superb and its true to size.

Although I got my order after months but it was worth the wait.

While it took quite a bit of time to arrive, my shoes arrived in perfect condition. They look just as they were pictured and very comfortable.

Horrible experience my dress took almost two months to arrive. The size chart said one size when I got it it couldn’t even fit my 16 year old daughter who is 110 pounds . The quality is super cheap . looks nothing like the pictures . I’m trying to figure out how to send it back and get my money back .

absolutely terrible , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ( ITS A SCAM ) , i received my package and looks completely different to the picture provided to me , i payed $50 and i think the cardigan may be worth $6

Its such a bad experience! I would never order from them again!!!!! The quality of the shirt i ordered is so bad and it's not the true size. 69 dollars a shirt with bad quality and does not fit cannot even be return. 😡😡😡😡😡

This company sucks!!! Never got my package!! Tried to contact and never got back to me!!!!

A very bad experience as I ordered the blue colour but I got yellow colour also I got it like after two months.

Blouse is of good quality and the fit is true to size.
