Very easy site to navigate around, simple to see what you're ordering and to place an order. Delivery areas & cost explained in easy non gobbledygook language and a fast delivery service

Very friendly and helpful. They were able to source and supply exactly what I needed for my kitchen, highly recommend this company. Great service, thank you.

Great people and very helpful. Also very good service and I’m very happy with my order thank you very much Michael

I had decided on a compact laminate worktop for my kitchen and my wife wanted to see samples of the different options. We also needed a run of 4m so that limited the choice but Duropal were amongst others available here. Andrew provided us with a clear explanation of the options and we exited the shop with a good idea of what we wanted. We placed the order the next day, confirmed and paid and 3 days later my builder took reciept of the items at the site. They are helpful, price competitive, efficient with the admin and delivered when they said they would. Cant ask for any more...very happy customer.

Just purchased a kitchen worktop
The price was extremely reasonable
The product itself looks very durable
The service was excellent
I would certainly recommend this company

No one called me back as requested after calling you guys guys for an order update.

Needed an awkward sized worktop and they had them in stock at a good price. Kept well informed when the order was placed and delivery almost immediately. Company delivers themselves (no 3rd parties), driver helpful in unloading into a place inside my property.
Very happy with the complete service.

Good quality delivered on time . Very pleased with the my purchase

This was a superb buying experience. A sample of
our chosen worktop was received really promptly.
I ordered the worktops on the Monday morning and having checked they were in stock they were expertly delivered on the following Wednesday!
Worktops now fitted and they are a great quality product. First class service all round and highly recommended. Thank you.

It was so nice of the driver to wait for me as I was a little late due to traffic. Friendly and good service. Thank you.

Excellent service delivered on time would use again .

The team are amazing, the have an excellent range of products, really helpful when we were choosing and then we had an issues with our builder and they helped resolve straight away. I would highly recommend this company, they offer excellent value for money with excellent customer service.

The order process was easy and I appreciated the follow up regarding availability. However, ultimately I don’t yet have what I ordered. (Although to be fair it is a manufacturer issue not the website). They promised a follow in two weeks in order to up date me on progress.

Countertop wasn't the best quality, had marks and chips on underside when collected (couldn't be bothered with the hassle of changing it). Only communication received was order confirmation, nothing for 4 days, then phone call saying it has been booked in for delivery tomorrow, which was then cancelled. Went to collect myself and staff were very helpful at Coventry showroom, overall would have rather spent a bit more and gone to a larger company like B&Q or IKEA.

Excellent service, friendly staff, quick and punctual delivery. Highly recommended.

First time ordering. Quick delivery and excellent communication. The the work tops are great
