Kitchen Worktops Online Anmeldelser

Got my worktop relatively quick a next day delivery option would have been great. But the worktop is great.

After reading the reviews before i placed an order i can confirm that this company is dedicated in providing high quality products at a cost that is purse friendly.
The worktops were in excellent condition when delivered and the drivers were professional throughout.
I am giving this company full 5 stars and would highly recomend to others...

Product was ok, not amazing, not terrible. Somewhere in between.

Original worktops didn’t match picture on line customer service was excellent in dealing with getting right colour

The process of ordering and delivery date was easy

Excellent communication. Timely delivery. Reasonably priced. High quality products.

Very helpful and pleasant. Worktops arrived on the day. Just waiting for the rolls of edging.

Delivered within timeframe and in good condition

The worktop order. Delivered within three days, despite a product specification change by me, the day after placement of original order.
Order line staff very helpful, delivery communication staff very helpful, transport delivery staff very helpful, what more do you need.

Visited the showroom in Ipswich, staff were helpful, informative and delivery arrived as promised

Ordered on Thursday 12th October. Was told on the website, and then it reconfirmed in my confirmation email, that it would be take 5-7 working days to deliver. I times this perfectly as I was ordering 2 x 4m worktops, so didn't want them in my house for too long before they were getting fitted. Got rang on Monday 16th from the delivery company saying they hadn't recieved the worktop's yet, so obviously they can't deliver them yet. Said they would update me in a few days. Now Thursday 19th, still no contact from either the delivery company or kitchen worktops online. I ring kitchen worktops online directly, and I'm told that they're still not dispatched. I'm then told he was going to go and find out what was going on, and then ring me back. Of course, no call back happened. Rang yet again on Monday 23rd, the day that my kitchen fitter was coming, to hopefully get the worktops delivered. To my amazement, kitchen worktop online's tell me that they're not even dispatched, on the 7th working day after I ordered them. Naturally, I cancelled the order and they fully refunded me. So I can't comment on the product as I never got it, but be very careful if you're ordering for specific dates as the dates they provide on their website are not accurate.

Rebecca was very helpful and once they realised we lived in the Scottish highlands they went out of the way to get it delivered as close to us as they could which was appreciated as the other companies had a surcharge of £500 for delivery even although we are mainland Britain and once we confirmed an address it was delivered in 5 days excellent service

Everything ran smooth. Good price
