I've had an excellent experience with Kingston Orthodontics over the past 2+ years. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Brown and her team have been incredibly friendly and professional throughout the process. They have created a warm, welcoming environment at the practice and I found it very easy to speak to Dr Brown about any doubts or reservations which was especially appreciated during the initial consultations as nerves were high. The team always seemed so efficient and professional, it was wonderful to feel that I could be at ease and trust Dr Brown completely throughout.

A fast and efficient response time to problems. When I tore my retainer, they responded immediately with what I needed to do. They have always been very quick to reply to any concerns over the last couple of years. I have also enormously appreciated Dr Brown being understanding and accommodating to personal circumstance.

As for my teeth; I am incredibly happy with the results. I feel more confident and can now smile without a second thought. Dr Brown's attention to detail towards the end of the process was great. I wasn't expecting the long-term retainers after the Invisalign aligners were finished, but I am happy none-the-less.
