Direct and informative

The Service was excellent from the Reception to the Medical Staff!
The Doctor explained the complete procedure and I was allowed to ask any questions that I had!
These were answered in a very detailed manner and put my mind at rest concerning the forthcoming surgery!

Everyone was so nice to me & I would like to thank all staff of Knightsbridge hospital.

I couldn’t have been more impressed with the care I received. I tend to deal with medical procedures by trying not to think about them at all, which means that, once I arrive, the nerves can suddenly appear!

The nurses who prepared me for the procedure were excellent — professional, reassuring and genuinely kind. They made what could have been an anxious experience feel remarkably straightforward.

Mr McKnight was superb. His professionalism was matched by an excellent sense of humour, and he was remarkably tolerant of mine! That combination of skill, warmth and humanity made a real difference.

My sincere thanks to everyone involved. Excellent care from start to finish, and a credit to the whole team.

Appointment with Doctor Peace was very informative, straight talking, breaking down each test conducted with an explanation. We got clarity on tests completed and next steps explained in a way we could understand.
Confidence and knowledge based on very evident clinical and cardiology experience.
Very reassuring when you have personal health concerns.
Even time for a cup of tea/coffee and directions to some local tourist spots for me and my wife. All in all a great experience above and beyond expectations.

Nurses and anaesthetist were professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing and the anaesthetist explained well pre operative medication to take on day of procedure and the two types of anaesthetic and it would be decided on the day of surgery which one would be given.

I had a very productive and informative consultation. My appointment was on time with very friendly staff.

Very professional medical process. All staff were courteous and helpful.

Consultant was excellent, took the time to talk to me and explain without it feeling rushed. Shame it took so long to get my results nearly 2 months in the end but that may have been due to holidays over the summer months.

Everything went to plan with no hitches whatsoever with friendly staff providing an efficient service . Only a slight glitch the next day when there was a mismatch between pharmacy and the patient booklet in the dosage for one of the drops which was resolved quickly

Easy parking and shuttle to and from the hospital. Mr Molloy greeted me with a smile, showed me the X-ray of the implant and answered my queries.

The Kingsbridge hospital is just so convenient, No parking problem, no long wait just great service . The reception staff and medical staff are so friendly and welcoming. The courtesy bus from the car park so convenient. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone
