From start to finish the service has been exceptional. First spoke with Archana who took down all the details of the incident who really listened to my concerns. Then passed to David on the transport team who listened to my needs for a higher car, the hire car I was provided with was AMAZING, just the right car to sort me out whilst mine was in for repairs, I then spoke with Kim on the vehicle movement team who was a joy to speak with, she arranged for my vehicle to be collected for repairs and this was arranged and collected within the hour, such speed! I was then allocated Paulina as my file handler who kept me thoroughly updated throughout my claim, so polite and helpful who then swiftly arranged for my vehicle to be returned to me and the hire returned to the depot, thank you to all involved, highly recommend!

I got a curtesy car from hassle free very helpful getting me sorted staff friendly and polite and when they came to get car back it was so easy would use again definitely.

Kindertons arranged a hire car for me while my vehicle was being repaired.
On the day of collection of the hire vehicle, their employee was running late and said it was okay to leave the keys on the wheel so I did not have to wait for him. The vehicle was collected in my absence and I heard nothing more.
Over a month later I received an email with a bill for £300 excess for damage to the hire vehicle.
As I had not damaged the vehicle in any way, I asked for time/date stamped photos of the alleged damage.
I was provided with two photos (not time/date stamped) of the hire vehicle, with no visible damage, which were taken in the car park of the local pub, which is not where I left the vehicle.
After discussing this with the company, they then came back to me 9 days later and said that I was responsible for taking photos to prove that I had not damaged the car.
So they wanted me to pay for alleged damage that is not apparent in any of their photos, that were taken in a pub car park, after the collection of the vehicle had taken place.
These people think nothing of the distress that they cause when harassing their customers and have refused to have any further discussion on the matter.
So I will now have to wait for a court date.

Kindertons helped us promptly with a courtesy car after an accident . They contacted me and arranged to bring a hire vehicle as soon as possible.
