Beautiful well made earrings, everyone loves them. Excellent communication as to delivery of earrings. First time using this company but will definitely purchase more.

I ordered a silk velvet tartan scarf. It’s beautiful and came by post the follow day. Very fast service and a beautiful item.

Lovely product. Arrived when expected

The Sgian dubh wasn't quite the quality I expected, and it didn't arrive in a presentation box. Saying that, for the money it was okay.

Quality item at a fair price

A fantastic service from start to finish. Brilliant customer service: they patiently answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice. They were also zero pressure to deal with. Processing my order was fast and easy, Communication was brilliant while my kilt was being made and dispatched. The kilt itself is absolutely beautiful, a real work of art. You can count on my repeat custom.

Excellent service. Staff very helpful.

Easy to order informed when order ready for collection. Lady who served me very efficient and friendly she gave the impression she loved her job. A rare quality these days. An asset to the company.

Brilliant customer service and the trousers were perfect for a first Xmas outing

Good selection of Scottish gifts. Highly recommend checking this shop out either in person or online. Quick delivery and hassle free purchases. Will definitely buy from Kilts Wi Hae again.

Quick delivery always great to have a browse on your Facebook page & absolutely love the flash sales.

It came in good time and it is actually like the picture. Very nice item. Good price.

What an amazing company! Unfortunately one of the items we ordered was received damaged. I rang and spoke to a lovely lady, who said she would sort out a replacement immediately. I sent pictures of the damage and proof of posting back via the messager on their website. She replied immediately, in fact we had a lovely chat. The parcel was put in the post the same day (it was needed urgently) and the refund for the postage for the returned item was credited within a couple of days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they are a small, family run company, who go above and beyond to make sure any problems are resolved quickly. I purchased the Stag and Thistle decanter and matching glasses. They are beautiful, well made and come in lovely presentation boxes. Well worth the money for a special gift. Thank you Kilts Wi Hae
