Great service and recipient of engraved watch was delighted 😀

I’m very happy with my experience with this brand! ✨ I had a small issue with the clasp of my watch, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind.

They kindly sent me a replacement part completely free of charge, along with the tool needed to adjust the watch links. I really appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.

I would definitely recommend this brand and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again! 🤍⌚

Service was fabulous.
Can't wait to give the pocket watch to my nephew for his wedding day.

A very good watch good engraving would buy again thank you

From start to stunning finish exceptional service! Found exactly what I was looking for amongst a selection of beautiful watches on their website. Started creating my order with engraving and an hour later, I realised I could add an emoji so emailed and got a quick response to agree to the change I requested. Made in London UK and 2 days after ordering, it was delivered.
I am 1000% delighted, over the moon with how stunning the pocket watch is with my chosen engraved message for a grandson's 21st. Beautifully packaged in it's stylish box.Looks much more expensive than cost and comes with 2 years guarantee.Still to be gifted but sure he'll love and treasure it. Huge thank you to Architect Watches!

purchase as gift son very happy with watch

Great watch, I had some queries before buying which were instantly replied too. Recommended

The watch was beautifully engraved with the exact wording and "emojis" I placed. The spacing and allignment on the back fit and flowed perfectly. Very fast shipping and delivery! Order was ready to be shipped within a day of ordering, and arrived within the week! 10/10 would recommend.

I recently ordered an engraved watch as a family gift for our 75 year old grandad's birthday, and to say we are impressed with not only the quality of the watch and the engraving, but the overall service and speed of delivery. The watch was engraved and despatched within 2 hours of ordering and arrived 2 days later beautifully packaged, and all for a very reasonable price with free delivery incl. Highly recommended and will use again for sure.

I loved the helpfullnes of the chat available in the website and the level of personalization you can do with the watches is amazing.

The only thing I would suggest is for the finder to work not only by watch name cus as a new costumer I was not familiar with them, I was looking by watch's width and the finder gave me no results for thats.

Overall, everithing was great!! Loved the watch that was delivered

Highly recommended — excellent quality, beautiful presentation and great attention to detail!

Amazing quick delivery, it was a birthday gift and they really love it. Great info on the turtle and watching it on the map is so good. Recommend the animal bracelets to all.
