Delivery service was quick and reliable. Having the engraving then seeing the finished product amazing thank you

Beautiful, minimalist watch. I bought this as a wedding day gift for my husband - I wanted something he could wear with any outfit but wasn't outrageously expensive. This was perfect - the handwriting engraving was spot on and delivered very quickly.

I’m over the moon with my son’s watch. I gave it to him on his graduation and his words were “wow look how beautiful this watch is!”. The watched arrived super fast. I have my hand written message engraved on the back and it was perfectly done. Thank you so much for making my gift so meaningful 😁

I ordered a personalised pocket watch for my dad as a wedding/father's day gift. The watch was beautiful and the engravement was perfect, even the packaging was something special and delivery super fast! On closer inspection, when the watch arrived, there was a slight issue. I emailed the company with proof, about the issue, and it was resolved immediately. Kasia's customer service was exemplary and a new watch arrived a few days later. I would highly recommend this company if an engraved pocket watch, for a special gift, is what you're looking for.

I ordered this for my Son's 18th. Very smooth transaction, had it engraved with my own message. Was shipped inside 24hrs and received the very next day. Was kept updated throughout its journey. Came in an extremely nice box. Very pleased.

Not bad value for money. But will judge better over time

Great quality watch. Arrived extremely quickly including engraving. Great company to deal with.

After months of looking for a watch I liked, I came across Architect Watches and my mind was made up in a flash. Because of a slight fault with the watch, upon my emailing about the issue, customer services promptly and pleasantly replied, offering a replacement without quibble, and it was sent out the next working day.

Amazing pocket watches and customer service. The time and care taken to get the handwriting engraving correct on both watches, exactly as we wanted, was brilliant and their advice invaluable. Communication was easy and fast, efficient postage.

I ordered keepsakes with engraving. They are all well made and lovely! Would recommend - prompt delivery and beautifully packaged.
