Very pleased with my iron. Easy to order and pay for. Easy to use and good value. Cheaper than other places I'd looked at. Arrived quickly and had regular updates about my order.
Unfortunately not happy with delivery company. Was given two dates when when it would arrive and it didn't. Said they couldn't deliver as no one in. When it was finally delivered, was left on my drive, the driver didn't knock to see if anyone was in

I had a great experience buying from you the item was perfect price was great and was delivered to me very quickly

Very efficient and quick delivery, highly recommended

Fast efficient service and a great price!

I ordered a vinyl to MP3 device and it arrived promptly and well packaged. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service ordered on a Friday delivered on a Monday , very happy with my order

I purchased this item as a gift and the box looks like it's been to hell and back! There's no way on gods green earth I can give it as a gift!!🫣 I only wish I was able to add a photograph to my review 😣

Excellent customer from start to finish. Very quick delivery and very competitive price, infact the best found on the Web. Their online site is very easy to operate and this company will be my no.1 place to go first in future. Thank you.

Very poor experience I placed an order but I immediately canceled it. When I canceled, they charged me 15 percent of my money that’s not fair

The toaster arrived very quickly,

Bargain !

Know there are some bad reviews on here about this company but i think they was Brilliant super quick delivery ordered on the 2nd of October and was delivered today 3rd of October with standard delivery, I ordered matching Tower mug tree and kitchen roll holder set and they are new in original packaging and at a great price! Just what I was looking for. Thank you

Great pric £10 less than some suppliers absolutely fantastic service delivered within two days by DHL 5***** would recommend this company to anyone 👍

Bought a cordless swan pink hoover from my daughter's birthday present box was notting good condition the hoover did not work kept coming up with faults sent it back they said there was nothing wrong with it I asked for a refund they said no they give me my money back but they take 15% which I think was unfair someone said to go to trading Standards 80 pound and I've got 63 pound back would not recommend this company to anybody

This site is so easy to navigate and the prices are amazing. I ordered 2 items from the Terazzo collection and was absolutely delighted at the quality that I’ve now ordered another 4 of the same range. They are very well packed and I would highly recommend this Company. I phoned their Customer Service with a query and was very happy with person who answered my call. 10/10

Received a toaster which was not as I believed but made in China rather than the UK. Wished to return but charged a fee for 'restocking' which is a joke and no assistance with the return postage which was extortionate in the first place.

I bought a Swan Nordic range 4 Slice toaster expecting the wood to be light oak as the description described and the battered box it arrived in. When I opened the wood was dark oak and scratches and marks on the back of the toaster. I asked to return as the product was different to the picture and box and I can honestly say that Alex from this company will not take any responsibility saying that the product is slightly different colour and I would need to pay for the return and to rub it in more want 15% stock fee!
The colour isn’t slightly it is very different and this item was not the colour on the picture or the box! I wouldn’t have bought. BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE … READ ALL REVIEWS IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THREAD WISH I HAD.. the products are not as described or sent in the correct box. I’m seeking legal advice out of principle because this is not my fault so not sure why I should be out of pocket! From a £40 toaster I would only approx receive £22 back.

Very easy to order and they emailed when order was ready and staff were friendly when collected and could park right outside shop

4th time I've used this site. Everything I've had has arrived as described, we'll packaged and super fast. For any appliances this is always my first stop!
