Ordered 2 items and wrote to them via email and cancelled immediately due to the length of delivery. I needed these for a job and had to order elsewhere. Shortly after sending the message they confirmed this would be cancelled, however they decided to send the items and emailed me a few days later saying they have dispatched one of the items anyway after already agreeing to cancel and refund. They even took the full payment and not just for the one item they seemed so keen to send me. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got an immediate refund from them and provided screen shots of the emails as proof. Stay away from these crooks

Purchased a filter kit, packaged really well, delivery time was good. The filters themselves are VG quality for the cost. I would definitely recommend K and F for quality and service

Own a tripod from them already and was looking for another more portable one for travelling. Not disappointed at all. Good quality light weight carbon robust fiber tripod. Just what I want and need

Excelkent service highly reccomend

I’ve ordered a camera about 3 weeks ago. And still haven’t received it! Just sat in Amazon from 2nd May and ain’t moved. There refusing to give me My money back! And no longer want camera from them after all this delayed delivery. I wanted it to take away with me but clearly going to be unlikely now. What takes so long for it to be delivered??? Like I said it’s in London so therefore I should have recieved this item by now. I want my money refunded for 1000 times I asked you to do it.

I ordered a camera but then discovered that it would not be delivered in time for my granddaughter’s birthday. I cancelled the order within an hour and was refunded the full payment on my credit card 10 days later. I was very grateful for this as it was my mistake that caused the problem.

Item as described. Delivered on time. Good value. Easy to order. Would use KF again.

My go-to company for camera accessories. Competitive pricing, well-made products, and delivery time is good, a little longer if being shipped from overseas. Very happy with all of my purchases.

Quality items, usually without the ridiculous name brand tax that comes with so many things. Great service in terms of delivery, never let me down yet.

Kenfaith have a great range of K&F products, excellent keen prices, and delivers on time. A great resource for my photographic practice

The same products as available from Amazon but significantly cheaper here. Kind of assumed that it would be coming from China with the typical 10 day wait. Instead it arrived from UK and within 48 hours. Fab.

Happy with my various purchases and will order again. Items seem to be good quality and well priced and arrive well packaged too.

This is my favourite store for buying photography accessories. I like shopping experience in kentfaith.co.uk. They add small gifts as Microfibre Cleaning Cloth to every parcel I bought there. They have planty accessories. I didn’t have any problems buying there. Items are new, well packed. What ever I buying new lens I always buy filters or step up ring in there’s shop. Items are well dictribe on website. This helps a lof for buying exacly what you need it. I recommend :)

I ordered a Pentax PK mount to L mount adaptor so that I could use a legacy lens on a Panasonic mirrorless camera. The adaptor was delivered when promised, free of charge. The adaptor itself is well made with nicely machined mounting surfaces. The L mount in particular is very smooth with what appears to be an anodised coating. There is no slackness or play when the Pentax lens is mounted to the Panasonic camera. I consider this to be great value and good service.

Wonderful product from a great company.

Kentfaith offers a good range of quality products for photographers. Prices are very competitive and delivery is on time. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered a few items through Kentfaith - every time the order was on time, with an extra gift. The prices are really good! You are earning bonus points which let you get an extra discount with the next order.
