And, to keep things simple, we tell you about all the costs upfront - there are no hidden extras, no deposits, and no need to buy a padlock. Parking Scam LUTON
At Luton they are running a beautifull scam on parking fines
You park at night near there gates they will issue you a fine that takes 6 months to reach you which is then outside the time for you to argue the payment They then pass it to a collection agency with further fees
You email them or telephone them they do not reply in the allotted time
Beaware of this scamming company
I am now aware that it is Universal Parking that are scamming us by taking upto to the 6months to inform people of the offence giving little time to talk about the fine and as for blocking the entrance the company is not working 24/7

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify that we have had ongoing issues with unauthorised vehicles blocking access to our facility, which is why we enlisted a third party to manage parking enforcement.
There are clearly visible signs, double yellow and red lines outside our gates stating that parking or stopping is not permitted. Unfortunately, to ensure access for our customers and staff, enforcement measures are in place.
If you are a genuine customer of ours and believe you have received a fine unfairly, we would be happy to review the details. Additionally, you can contact Universal Parking, the company managing the enforcement, directly at mail@universalparking.co.uk to discuss your case.

Brillaint Company...flawless
I've had a brilliant customer experience and needed to write about. Toby and Ian (gentlemen who moved all my items), turned up and wee very professional, polite and knowledgeable in terms of how best to pack and store my items. Kelly's storage were absolutely epic!
Kelly's storage were absolutely awesome. They were helpful throughout the process, from initially doing some research about what we needed through to picking up and storing our goods. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to store their stuff!
Mark and Toby came to pick up our stuff and they were AWESOME. They were super kind and helpful, and made packing all our things into the storage container a breeze. We were all done in about 40 minutes! We couldn't have done it without them.

Excellent movers
Kelly's storage helped us with a short-notice house move and were flexible with our changing move dates. They literally saved our bacon and were easily the best quote we recieved. Awesome company.

Helpful and understanding
