As a company we have used kellys for storage solutions of years. This year we had to have an office move. From contact with Emily and Kieran they made it so easy to deal with. They arranged containers to arrive at the office on the day they also confirmed pricing etc and advised what we needed to store everything. Nick, Jeffrey and Jack turned up and just were amazing guys they offered their help support and advise and stored everything safely. Great company, friendly people. Great Job thank you look forward to our move into the new office :-)

Really helpful staff who couldn't have done more to help me from Ollie in the office accommodating us over ever moving completion dates at short notice to Phil, Ollie and George who did the physical move. We were moving my sister, recovering from an illness into a retirement flat. They were patient, kind and very understanding of the situation plus having to deal with 3 sisters who all had a view on where to put things! They laughed along with us, offering good suggestions and made the whole day as 'enjoyable' as any move can be. Rare these days to find a company that seems to have created a cohesive team spirit amongst their employees. We've used Chappells in the past and now owned by Kelly's we were not disappointed and from our experience would happily recommend them.

Fantastic throughout from booking to collection. The team Phil, Graham and George were brilliant on the day. So friendly and professional, went above and beyond and provided additional packing boxes as I was short by a few. Great experience and took the stress out of moving day. They even packed up the last few boxes for me. I hope I have the same team on redelivery, minus Phil as he’ll be in Malaga. Thanks so much Kelly Storage.

I got in touch to ask about storage for our belongings while we have building work done, as well as collection of the items.

From the very first conversation, any concerns about the process were completely put to rest, and I booked straight away.

Mark and Ian came last week to collect everything and were incredibly conscientious, making the absolute most of the space in the container — which even meant I was able to add a couple of extra items.

Every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been really helpful and efficient. I’d highly recommend them.

Wile driving in Luton, i did a Uturn in the road infront of kellys storge.
Almost 4 months later i reserved a parking fine pcn saying id illegally park At the site. I was never on the site. But now im being threatened with bailiffs. So i googled kellys and parking at luton and its a common thing..turn pull up any where outside the closed gates, even when the premises are closed they can take a screenshot from there security camera of your reg. and you get a pcn. (Parking charge notice) for diving on the public highway i have a disabled blue badge and can park on the yellow lines outside for three. But i was only turning around.... tomorrow i have a call with channel 4. So it may be on tv soon. Heads up.

I arranged to remove some items, and add other items, from my two self storage containers. Nobody was at reception when I arrived to do this, but after I called someone this was quickly remedied and Leighton/Leyton (uncertain of spelling) was very polite and helpful.
