The Engineer named Ilker was brilliant - professional, punctual, polite and friendly. The BT wifi line was working at about 2% and Ilker had to investigate wiring on 3 floors and outside to find out why. He did this thoroughly, explaining as he went, found the problem and solved it. All's now working well. It was also cheering to feel that not only was he very good at his job, but he also enjoyed the work. Thoroughly recommend.

Failed installation for the second time…
Failed installation for the second time as CityFibre / Kelly Communications is not prepared to move the surface box 1/2 inches in order for the engineer to be able to re-connect our fibre line due to previous damage. Once again left with no broadband to the home and working a hybrid role is not incredibly challenging. No date given to the repair.
Very efficient
Efficient, friendly, courteous, intelligent installation of fibre connection by Bradley and his colleague. Clearly very experienced. Better than Openreach imho.
Great service from the engineer
I had my broadband upgraded today to fibre optic. The engineer that attended was provided through Kelly Group. He was prompt and tidy, very professsional but friendly and carried out the work with no problems at all.
Absolutely THE worst company EVER!!
Absolutely THE worst company EVER!!! Due to this company working alongside Virgin Media, I have been left without internet for an ENTIRE month. I have had a nightmare experience due to this company’s lack of responsibility.
For context, my initial installation was scheduled for the 13th April. Two days prior, a Virgin Media engineer came to my property to check that Kelly’s had done their job; however, they had not. This resulted in my installation being delayed until the 25th April, which was already extremely frustrating.
However, when the 25th arrived, Kelly’s STILL had not completed their work. When speaking to the engineer, I was informed that on two occasions Bhuvaneshwari Mangala from Kelly’s supposedly came down to carry out the work. It later came to light that this worker had marked the job as complete despite not doing anything at all, which is absolutely appalling.
I was then informed that an “emergency permit” had been approved for the work to be completed ASAP on the 27th April; however, this STILL was not done. Two days later, on the 29th April, I was told that the work had been completed, only to find out that they had obtained the permit and carried out the work at a completely different property by mistake… Absolute JOKE.
I believed this would finally be resolved on the 30th April, however it STILL has not been completed. As of today, the 1st May, I still have no internet thanks to this joke of a company.
Two of the most polite workmen arrived…
Two of the most polite workmen arrived from Kelly Group (working on behalf of Openreach), to install my new fibre broadband line. They were efficient, tidy and explained everything to me. Everything was left neat and nothing was damaged. They were done sooner than expected. First class service. Many thanks.

Even 1 star is being liberal, unfortunately can’t write a review without rating it.
Their engineer damaged my wall whilst installing a fibre cable. They will not take responsibility, excuses like a car could have been driven. I practically took a video of me walking down my footpath no car can physically drive up there.

Absolutely awful experience with both the engineers and customer services
Absolutely awful experience.
The engineer arrived late with no explanation or apology. During the visit, they caused irreparable damage to the outside of my property. Their attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout, and they left without completing the job or even informing me they were going.
Trying to get meaningful help from customer services afterwards has been equally frustrating — I’m still waiting for some sort of resolution.
I would not recommend this company.
Excellent customer service from Kelly Group
A gentlemen called Shuaib came this morning to get our new broadband up and running (London, Tower Hamlets). Excellent customer service - no fuss, all seems to work, really nice guy to boot.

Property Damaged. Complaint Ignored.
Kelly Group engineer Thomas attended our property 4th February to install EE broadband. Despite us living in a bungalow whose soffits you can touch whilst stood on the ground, Thomas decided to drill a hole through our wall without asking first, so he could safety-tether his ladder. Because he didn't ask us, he drilled beneath the bell weather, and right beside a drain cover. That drain overtops in severe wet weather, and so now we have a hole into our property, lower than the damp course, because of Kelly Group. We complained and heard nothing back. On the 10th Feb Kelly Group's auditor Mike Barton attended to inspect Thomas' work. He agreed the hole was unnecessary, that it was in the wrong place, and that Thomas should have checked with us before drilling. He advised us to chase Kelly Group as they would avoid dealing with the issue, and seek to put responsibility on to EE for whom they were subcontracting. We've mailed complaints, heard nothing back, it's now April and our property remains vulnerable. Terrible customer service and appalling disrespect for people and their property.
Idiotic company that comes outside your…
Idiotic company that comes outside your house on a bank holiday banging and shouting because apparently Virgin need to connect a line to an empty house. How about show some courteous to people?

I used to work for this company and i would highly recommend not signing yourself up for working here, it has cause nothing but stress to myself also not to mention being under paid or not paid at all the communication within this company from managers to staff is appalling to say they are a communication company and for a manager to call you up when your on sick and speak to you like a child and act like a child on the phone because they are stressing due to incomplete job that we got given 1 week to complete 3 buildings and then finding put you getting another job and to threaten you on the phone call over there van being recovered is beyond disgusting but i did a good thing and returned it for them for them without any issues fully equipped aswell which i got told id get fuel money to be taken home which was lie although i have proof,
I would highly stay away unless you fancy underpayment, stress, and a workload that should take 3 weeks to be completed but want it done in 1 weeks time with limited stock as no ome seams to be able to put correct order in for important stock so that will also delay your work load by at least 2 days.
I hope to anyone reading this takes my advice and has a think about this before signing yourself up
