I placed a 3k order for footrest in brass for my commercial bar. They sent silver. I contacted customer support and they wanted me to ship back the silver bars before they would ship out the brass ones I ordered. Unfortunately the original packaging was thrown away as soon as my contractor opened it. So I was left with figuring out how I was going to ship back 6ft bars. I ask if they could ship my brass ones out right away as I was under a time restraint and located on the west coast. (They are on the east) I offered to send a picture to show they sent me the wrong ones. But they refused to send out the new ones until they received the old ones. In my opinion they should have fixed their mistake without expecting me to ship back the wrong ones. Expensive yes but again their mistake! Don’t make it so difficult on the customer to get what they ordered.
