Quickest delivery they always get my items sent to me on time even when I order last minute.
Unreal clothes and amazing quality!!

Emailed and messaged the company multiple times and got no response. My order still hasn’t arrived and it’s been nearly a month

I ordered a full swimsuit from this place which took over a month to arrive when it stated on the website 10 days wait time for making and delivery. When trying to contact the company the customer service is shocking. I have returned my items in an exchange for something else and been waiting over 2 months for this. I have emailed and messaged 12 times since and still not had 1 reply. Once they have their money they no longer keep up to messages or emails. The customer service is so poor for this brand. Do not order

Haven’t received the item yet which is understandable but customer service could be improved replies from questions I asked in emails were very vivid and could of just been the way I read it but seamed quite rude

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I would give 0 stars but I can’t. They didn’t send my order for 49 days, after charging loads for 3-5 day delivery. They sent my parcel to a randomer and I got someone’s. I emailed them saying they’d broken GRPR multiple times and they’ve ignored me. I also never got a refund for the item I didn’t receive. This started in June 2022 and they still haven’t sorted.

The crochet cover ups are to die for!! One of the best outfits i wore all holiday and received so many compliments🩵 The fit was perfect for an hour glass figure and the quality is amazing. Will definitely be purchasing from here again 😍

Purchase was made for bikini and dress on 9/8/23 with a clearly stated lead time of 10 working days. The date I should have received my order has long passed and after multiple attempts to contact Kasela via email and through their customer service and normal Instagram account regarding a refund, my order still has not been sent and they have stopped responding. Looking further into it, it can clearly be seen that they do this often with the amount of reviews on here of them taking peoples money and never sending them any items. Also Kasela Studios Ltd is illegally trading as the company status is dissolved on companies house.

I wish I had looked at the reviews first. I ordered a PRE MADE top and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery and it still hasn’t arrived 2 weeks later. Why even offer 1-2 day delivery if you’re not able to send the item in time?? Such a scam, I want a full refund.

Took a while to receive my order however I emailed the company to explain I needed it be a certain day and the turn around was incredible after I emailed it arrived the next day. Lovely swimsuit, colour, style, material and fit.

Really good customer service, needed it really quick and it was delivered before this date! Would definitely order again.

Handled my refund really unprofessional still haven’t received my money back. They won’t answer my emails or are leaving me on read on Instagram messages. I have all the proof as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND⚠️

My order was due to arrive by 18th August. When I messaged on instagram, they told me they had none of that colour left and would I like another. I didn’t want another colour and it wouldn’t have arrived before my holiday. I asked for a refund instead. Since 24th August, I haven’t heard from the seller. I have messaged multiple times, still no sign of a refund being issued. I wouldn’t have minded if the waiting time was longer & I could expect it at a later time. But it said within 12 working days and it’s now been 22 working days. Really poor communication & customer service. I was really looking forward to receiving my order and and now I will be advising other people to avoid.

Wow what can I say!! I ordered a swimsuit, bikini and a crochet set. The best swimwear i’ve bought ever! Made me feel so confident, it’s extremely flattering and such good quality material, absolutely gorgeous pieces and will 100% be buying more from Kasela Studios! Delivery/ dispatch timing are longer than your average retailer, however you should bare in mind it is all handmade so obviously won’t be done over night like those fast fashion brands (who wants to shop fast fashion anyway) It’s absolutely worth the wait and you definitely get what you pay for! Not to mention, the customer service is brilliant! so quick with replies and extremely helpful and made sure my order was sent out in time for my holiday!!

Do not buy from Kasela Studio ! Placed my order on the 25th of June and have still not received my correct order (now the 14th of august) … After trying to get in touch with them for a month, they eventually replied and sent my order for it to be the completely wrong order … After contacting them they insisted that I needed to pay for tracked shipping which cost me a further £5.50 and they contacted me two days later saying they have received my order and will send my correct order out next day delivery … it is now two weeks down the line and I have received no update after trying to contact them on numerous platforms ! Absolutely terrible customer care and not worth your time and money !

My dress arrived yesterday, I wasn’t to sure when my dress would be arriving I contacted customer services on Instagram, and they were extremely helpful and let me know when it was out for shipment, the dress it’s self is so beautiful fits like a glove, very high quality will definitely order from them again, thank you so much !! X

Do not buy from this brand!!!! All you need to do is read the reviews on here to see how awful their customer service and delivery time is. I ordered a swimsuit at the beginning of July and it still hasn’t been dispatched despite me chasing them multiple times via email and DMs on Instagram. All I was told was that there is a delay with the fabric and have heard nothing since. They also delete any negative comments on their Instagram, as each time I have asked them to reply to my DMs in their comments, they delete them! I have asked for my order to be cancelled/refunded given my swimsuit is ‘handmade’ and they don’t have the fabric for it yet but have been ignored. Do not buy from this company, I can’t believe they are getting away with taking people’s money and not fulfilling the orders.

Amazing quality swimwear, and such lovely and flattering designs!! Had so many compliments on my holiday!
