Kall8 - we never think about phones ..
We've used Kall8 ... for at least two decades, for all our in-bound services. I can't recall exactly how long, 'cause I never have to think about phones. We've had no down-time and no complaints. I guess that's the highest compliment, and the prices save us a bundle!

Kall8 Review
I have a few 800 numbers with Kall 8 and I am somewhat satisfied with the service but I keep getting numerous people calling me looking for a doctor in which I am not and in return it has been running my phone bill up every month. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Also the fax service is not working properly and when I call I get the same guy which is probably the owner acting if he does not want to help or address my concerns. Kind of like I am bothering him! I am trying to hang in their with this company because I have been with them for a long time but if they do not shape up, I am going to take my business to someone who appreciates my loyalty. Thanks

Nice service, would like to see expansion of services
Has been a nice service for us for many years. Would like to see an eventual offering of services similar to efax where custom fax covers and attachments can be used to send out to recipients. Otherwise, the receiving end for us has been good.
