I've been using Kall8 for over a decade and I appreciate how easy it is to use.

They increased the monthly fees without any notifications whatsoever.

It works OK but lots of bugs, horrible UX and they do not provide any easy way to contact them on the portal. Their transition to a new platform has been very rocky.

I've been using for awhile to have multiple marketing numbers and thus gauge where my marketing is working. Kall8 is a nice priced option for this "XTRA" type of thing for my business. I've had no problems with them after all the years and don't plan to go anywhere. Will continue to use.

I have had Kall8 for the past five years. Its great service I can block fake companies; I get emails when customer call in or say they called in I always have proof of call when customers what to lie and cause problems for our company. It was easy to setup my account and have it fwd to my cell phone.

We've been working with Kall8 since 2020 and I'm very pleased with their services. We can log and track our calls and the calls of our clients and be able to keep track of relevant information. Kall8 makes it simple and easy to use their dashboard allowing us to keep track of marketing results.

Chad, Explained all the services that i had currently and helped out with better service and a much better plan that fits our business needs.

Kall8 uses old technology. If I want to make outgoing calls, I have to call them and use a pin like a 19080's calling card. When a call shows up on my phone, I don't know if it's forwarded from Kall8 or if it's a spam call from a spoofed number. I had to request a $500 line of credit to make outgoing calls and I never got a response if I was approved or not.

When I called to cancel, they sent me to their "retention team". I don't want to be retained as a customer. I was sent to a voicemail claiming it was "after business hours, even though I had spoken to someone 30 seconds prior. When I called back, they are still open.

Joe from Kall8 has been helping me find and secure the numbers I was looking for. He has been prompt, polite, and has taken the initiative to look for additional numbers that ma suit my needs. I won’t hesitate to reach out to him if / when I need my next number!

Signed up for a new account but the account setup from Kall8 never got completed.

I left my phone number on their voicemail, I have emailed them - Their customer support or new sales are not responding at all.

So I called to get a previously established account reactivated and account was not reactivated and I have not had access. Customer service was not helpful. After a point, no one followed up.
