Have shopped with Kaleidoscope for many years but recently quality of clothing is very poor and the returns service even worse Waiting 3 days for courier to collect not happened contacted the company now saying someone will collect but not until next week
Will not use this company again extremely poor service

If I could give zero stars I would - Appalling company with terrible Customer Services - who just lie to you and give false information around the cancellation of orders.

I have had issues with them in the past, but yesterday inadvertently placed an order by mistake. I contacted them ten minutes later to cancel the order - after much messaging back and forth on their so call "chat" - I was told that the order COULDNT BE CANCELLED THEN - as it was not showing on their system!!!! Not sure how it could not be showing on their system when I had received an order confirmation. They told me I would have to wait until the next day (today) and I could contact them and the order WOULD BE CANCELLED. So today I contact Kaleidoscope both by phone and by "chat" to cancel the order, to be told "OH THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WE CAN DO THAT, WE WOULD HAVE TO PUT IN A "REQUEST TO CANCEL" THAT WILL TAKE 24/48 HOURS DURING WHICH TIME THE ORDER MIGHT BE SENT OUT"!!!
HANG ON........ that's not what you told me yesterday!!! I have been told there is nothing they can do and basically I have to wait and see what happens. I have asked to speak to a Supervisor and surprise - they are all busy!!! What annoys me most is that I was lied to and they are giving out false information regarding their order cancellation process. I am now left in limbo - I dont want the goods, but they have taken my money!!

As previously said I have had issues with this company before around refunds and now this!! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I ordered a dress on the Monday and was told delivery weds or Thurs. I needed for my friends funeral on the Friday. Emailed to say required urgently and would happily have paid extra. It never turned up until 11 days later. I’ve disputed this with my bank as it cost over £120. They’re now bombarding me with offers yet never responded to my repeated requests. I won’t use again.

Following a wasted 25min online chat today to try & sort my outstanding payments- I was left distraught! This advisor wanted to probe deeper into my health reasons for falling behind- totally unprofessional & not proportionate line of questions! Absolutely appalling!

According to consumer law sellers are duty bound to refund customers delivery charges on purchases.

Except Kaleidescope who are a law unto themselves.

Dealing with their customer services was impossible.

Suffice to say I shan’t be purchasing from Kaleidescope in future.

i ordered the anti-aging peptides, they sent RELAX, a different formula that i have no interest in. They refused to refund me, offering 50%, then 60%, then 70% off the price of the RELAX. very frustrating. just refund the money already.

The champagne kaleidoscope midi pleat dress received today is outstanding quality.and half price , available up to size 24 ......anyone receiving this will be happy I'm sure .thanks

Don't buy from this site they won't cancle relaised I purchased wrong item within 6 hours canled and the supplier just ignored it this was 2 days ago and today its entered the evri network I rang loads of times promised would be canled they dnt care and think its fine to send items thinking im going to keep them I now have to return the item and wait for a refund up to 10days ive got no curtains and cant buy anymore until I get refunded thanks kaleidoscope 1st and last time il be ordering form you

Used Kaleidoscope for years but unhappy this time. Ordered trainers, arrived with info on company called Lemonade. Trainers too big but couldn't return to Kaleidoscope using their returns label as I usually do, had to return via Lemonade and pay Royal Mail postage. Put me off ordering again after many years as a satisfied customer.

Seem to keep losing track of my returns (please people keep return receipt )
I am not going to order anything else as I’m fed up with having to get in with them touch nearly every time with a problem

Trying to return a rug , had numerous returns booked that were either a no show or a car that couldn’t take the rug or a van that said the bar code wasn’t correct for his carrier.
Numerous phone calls to customer service who are really unhelpful. Tried emailing to no evail. Tried live chat to no evail.
Still have the rug stuck in my hallway . It’s super difficult to talk to someone who can actually resolve this situation. It’s been dragging on a month now. It’s getting beyond a joke .
Can’t wait to cancel my account. Never dealt with such an incompetent company. I’m so disappointed as it’s a well established company 😟

The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. A fraudulent account has been opened in my name, trying to talk to someone regarding it was impossible I held onto the phone for 30 minutes although there was only one in the queue so I gave up.
I am sure that if things go well all is ok, but abandon hope if something goes wrong.

Want to buy the ella lace tee but this company doesn’t give product details such as the length of the top so I can’t buy. Other retailers do, so will get elsewhere.

Ordered a Phase Eight fascinator for a wedding. When it arrived it was in a box in a bag. The bag did not have “fragile “ on it and when I took the box out the bag, the box was already opened one end. The top of the hat was pushed in and there was a crease all the way along one side of the hat. Obviously it will be returned. Why it wasn’t packaged so as not to be damaged is beyond me.

Ordered 4 swimsuits, 2 from Kaleidoscope and two from their sister Company Regatta. Order a return but only the Kaleidoscope ones where showing able to return, booked the return and was told to put the 4 in the same parcel. I did, 8 days ago, the two Regatta items are still not showing, neither is a refund. I know to wait 10 days but not confident. Used this company for many years and it’s gone down hill.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

After placing an order, they took my money and data. They then emailed to say there was a "pricing error" and that they would not send my item.

This apparently is in their terms and conditions. Shocking!

Cancelled order after collecting all my data. Untrustworthy company that should be avoided. Order was not overpriced and similar to amazon. I believe this to be a scam. Shop elsewhere..

Ordered cutlery which was on a discount, I paid but 2 days later I received 2 separate emails telling me 2 different excuses as to why my order was being cancelled and refunded. First email explained a pricing error and the second email stated not in stock.

Obviously these excuses were both, or at least one, untrue because the item is still for sale but obviously Kaleidoscope will not be fulfilling my order that I had paid for!

I certainly would not recommend Kaleidoscope to anyone, in fact I suggest DO NOT USE.

Cancelled my order citing stock wasn't available, FIVE days after the order was placed.

Won't be using them again.

Rubbish company that cancel orders they claim to be mispriced. Don't trust them. Won't use again.
