I rang up on a weekend and spoke to a guy, (won't mention any names) who said he would be happy to wait a little after closing (18.00) on a week day, so I could try some stuff on and get bits in for me. I've just rang again to confirm it would ok, just got to the store 18.03 . Basically wasn't wanted in the store or allowed to try anything on. I was about to spend near a £1000 in store but now, I won't bother coming to your store again.

Leicester Branch - Excellent Service

I thought I’d just drop you a line to say a big "thank you" for ordering / getting my new Shoei helmet delivered today.
Everyone was so helpful in-store and when I wanted a box fresh helmet, it was a quick painless experience to order one from the warehouse.
I only ordered it Saturday 😊, so it was a nice surprise it came so quickly.

Had staff making my partner feel uncomfortable and had him shout at me and the manager refuse to put in a complaint because he is refusing to actually listen to the customer

I was in there today near the me to centre branch the staff were amazing very helpful they are definitely the place to go to nothing is a problem to them I wouldn’t go anywhere else 10 out of 10

I went into the Leeds store looking for a new helmet. I spoke to a member of staff called Craig who advised me on how to check for correct fitting and different helmets for different riding styles, and he had the time to go through a lot of helemts with me and check them all for fitment - Thank you very much Craig.
I have had a few helmets over the years but this one is the comfiest by a long shot.

Been today to return and purchase a new helmet, lads were fantastic great help and let you look around with no hassle. Brilliant staff! I will be back for some more gear later.

What can I say! Faultless! Went in and was greeted and helped straight away from Anthony! Ended up walking out with the new insta360 x5 and a new helmet for my daughter! Loved it as the staff actually have a laugh with you and youre not speaking to robots etc

Excellent service from Danny at the Leeds branch, he handled a warranty issue on my sat nav quickly & politely, replacement item was sent out on a next day courier service. Very happy customer here. 👍

I've been shopping with J&S in store and online for a few years now, service and product range is always excellent. Just replaced my touring jacket and as always the service was spot on, so much so I ended up walking out with a new helmet as well!

Had the pleasure of visiting the store in Doncaster. Has everything you need biking related, no pressure to buy anything just excellent advice. Tried on a few pairs of jeans and lightweight jacket for summer but unfortunately didnt have my size but got it all ordered online and came the very next day. Ended up buying a new helmet amd couldn't be happier with the advice and help I had getting the perfect fit. My mate ended up buying new jacket and a helmet as well and also had top notch advice on what to get. I get all my biking stuff from here but had only bought online so wanted to go to the actual shop. Highly recommend paying a visit. Got an excellent little cafe as well just outside, the smell of coffee and bacon sandwiches is a warm welcome. Highly recommend the cafe as well. Excellent all round.

I have been visiting J&S Hamilton for over 20 years, so why go back? Fantastic friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their products are varied, great value for money and if you have an issue, they go out their way to help. I can not fault them, over the years have I ever visited and felt out of place or under valued as a customer, NO. They also do not and have never with me, attempted to up sell. Have they given, good quality advice, plus options and I have bought a move expensive item, YES. But it through discussions options, advice and then letting you make the choice.

If you are new to riding, this is the place to visit, if you are old and worn out like me, it's still the place to go for good quality, safe gear and equipment, which is always value for money.

Visited Braintree store today for a new helmet and the service and patience from Gavin was outstanding. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for any motorcycle equipment and especially for helmet fitting. Very pleased thank you.

The worst store I have ever visited, they are unwilling and especially when making a complaint they make you look like a fool, they lie to your face and if you have a 2 year warranty they say you only have a year to make a complaint I will bring it up that it is good and it is not but they say there is nothing wrong with it to discourage you if you can you have it repaired yourself do not buy from this store a better store is sportbikeshop if I had known it sooner I would never go to j&s to shop there do you have a warranty and when can you return the goods within one year
