Good people, nightmare paperwork.
While the people I dealt with were all pleasant, helpful and well informed, the following paperwork was a nightmare. Masses of online forms that I didnt understand - demanding that I sign what appreared to be order forms for items I didnt want and not allowing me to complete the full process until I had signed every one. How can somehting so simple be made so complicated. It took 2 phone calls to be told how to deal with them. You can just put N/A instead of a signature - well couldnt the form have told me that. And that I was signing to say I had read the form - well couldnt the form have told me that?

Abysmal Sales Experience
The sales experience was abysmal. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify the features of the model I was purchasing, the salesman provided me with incorrect information. To make matters worse, I discovered upon collecting the car that the equipment I had specifically requested was missing, a claim he had made before the purchase.
To add insult to injury, the brand-new Range Rover arrived without a showroom presentation. It was filthy, with mud splatter marks, scratches, and scuffs on the paintwork.
The service was equally disappointing, especially considering the luxury car brand. The salesman’s communication skills were difficult, and he refused to answer my specific questions. He even attempted to retract an offer made at the point of purchase, which I had to strongly protest to prevent it from happening.
As an apology, I was given a bottle of gin, which I would have received anyway as I know it is a standard gift with every new Range Rover purchase. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, when I should be feeling excitement and anticipation about getting a brand-new Range Rover.

Driving an MG5 the dealership went above and beyond helping us with a breakdown, a beacon of light and humanity in a sea of disinterest Thier performance resulting in 2022 best dealership award continues in 2025. Cannot praise them enough
