Excellent Sales ethos.
Bruce Cleland, Sales Executive, was very helpful, and managed to setup the car and my mobile, which would have baffled me. The wheels were painted to my requirements, and a small spot of friction in the boot gutter paintwork, was repainted and given a sacrificial plastic wrap. The other side was done as well, even though it wasn't required.
All this while the facility was undergoing a major revamp.
First class.

I’ve had a very disappointing…
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Pentland Land Rover, Perth. My vehicle was handed over with faults including water under the PPF wrap, cracked Defender lettering, damaged bonnet wrap, no standard plates, and an unfixed rear wiper arm. I was also pressured by the used car sales manager to give a 9/10 survey score, which was unprofessional and a false representation of my experience. Due to the number of issues and the lack of proper resolution, I’ve now had to escalate the matter higher.

Really Friendly.
My experience with Jaguar Dundee has been fantastic, I get open honest communication. We are able to talk about any needed works without feeling pressured.
The customer service, is excellent. As someone who works remotely, they have even lent me a desk whilst my MOT was being done so I could continue working.
They are really friendly. Honestly even if I didn't have a Jaguar I would want to use them. 10/10.

Poor Service - Do not buy a car from here!!
Poor Service, Lack of respect from the staff, extremely poor standards of the cars and over all very poor experience, I would never buy a car from this Perth Land Rover Dealership. We went on a test drive in the car we intended to purchase but were extremely shocked by the presentation, condition and health status of the car. We decided to leave and travelled to an alternative dealership. We were looked after extremely well, the standard of the cars on display as well as the ones on the forecourt were to a much higher standard and we proceeded with the purchase of our new Range Rover Sport.
Your standards need to be improved - this doesn’t reflect the standard of any other Land Rover Dealer in the Country!

An excellent transaction
An excellent, very positive and swift purchase of a similar new Defender at completion of my current PCP Agreement, sourced ex-stock from another JCMG branch and transported to Pentland LR Perth, which was completed within 10 days from first contact to collection, including transfer of cherished registration number, settlement of existing PCP with Land Rover Financial Services, and dealership fitted extras, including swapping AS for AT tyres.
