Initially a drop off to work was requested and the service arranged on a date to facilitate this was made, no drop off given, I was no informed it would be available.
I was asked if I would like my car vacuumed and washed, I agreed, when collecting the car large sections of the side and rear of the vehicle were missed which made it look worse than if dirty, on the footwells inside were vacuumed.
When I turned the ignition on after the service to leave the Service Due warning message still came on and wasn't reset.

Popped into Skoda Dundee to get a couple issues sorted with my Skoda Enyaq.
They fixed all the issues and luckily were all covered under the manufacturer warranty. I dealt with service adviser Kyle (I think that’s what his name was 😬) who was sound. He was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated.

I have been dealing with John Clark Specialist Cars Seat/Skoda for a few years now and always get a great service and the staff are super friendly 😊.

My car had an engine warning light fault and although there were minimal appointments available, the staff were very accommodating and managed to squeeze my car in for me at short notice as I require my car for work. The part required was on back order so my car was with the garage for an extended period but I was kept informed of the progress throughout, they serviced the car for me whilst it was with them and I ended up getting my car back a whole week earlier than anticipated. Overall - a great service from all in the service department at Skoda!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Skoda Dundee. My visit was initially positive, as I found a car I liked and test drove and was encouraged put down a deposit on, while i thought about it. Having been reassured that this deposit would be refundable. However, my enthusiasm has since turned to frustration. After deciding against purchasing the car, I have been attempting to reclaim my deposit for the last two weeks with no success. The level of customer service has been deeply disappointing, particularly given how quickly they were to encourage the deposit to secure the vehicle. This experience has significantly diminished my trust and satisfaction with Skoda Dundee

Despite being busy they managed to slot me in for a quick warranty repair. Always get good service on my car.

When we arranged the purchase or our new car on 1st Feb, we talked to Murray Boyle (sales) and Heather Dolan (controller, finance), also meeting John Fallon, the Head of Sales. As an experienced middle manager, I liked the feeling they were working as a team. Returning on 12th Feb to sign the documentation and arrange the payment of the rest of the deposit, we talked to Fiona Duffy, who was a first class professional with a clear and warm presentation. Fiona took us through the relevant documents, answered all our questions, and even went the extra mile to let us have a printout of the bank transfer details, making it a simple task when we returned home. We are now looking forward to the arrival of our new car.

The most incompetent customer service I have ever received. Process of purchasing a used/second hand vehicle took 3 weeks and still wasn't ready when I went to collect it. I had to take the car back later to be put back through their garage for 1 alloy to be refurbed and a service to be carried out. I had a courtesy car for nearly 4 weeks with little to no updates during that period. The dealership didn't communicate with me unless I called them! I now have my car back - to my knowledge the service still hasn't been completed or at least I have no record of it, and a wheel nut is missing from the wheel which I have now found chucked in the passenger footwell.

Great staff . Had slight issues with my purchase,fixed it no problem and even got a courtesy car. Definitely get my next car from them

I’ve had my Skoda Octavia VRS for almost 5 years and the service at Skoda Dundee is excellent. The staff are very pleasant and attentive. My car was in for its annual service (major) and the car was done quickly and efficiently.

8am book in slot. Told car would be ready in two hours after part being fitted and it was ready to collect on time.
Kyle was friendly and efficient.

Bought a brand new Skoda Kamiq from them in May 2023. Brilliant car, service and staff.

In November I found a serious fault with the vehicle which had been caused prior to delivery to me. I should say that management and sales at the company had no knowledge of the issue and were as shocked as I was!

I spoke to management at Specialist Cars and was asked to evidence the problem, as I would have expected, which I did!

I was contacted by Allan Smith the following day and was offered an identical replacement of the car. Further it would be at NO FINANCIAL LOSS TO MYSELF. The brand new replacement arrived just before Christmas and is perfect!

What could have been a major drama was clearly averted and, needless to say, I am mightily impressed by the way I’ve been treated.

Throughout the changeover process I have been treated with the utmost courtesy by everyone I dealt with at the company There is no doubt their values of customer relations are their main priority and their quality of service has exceeded my expectations by a massive margin. This is in spite of the fact that this situation has had massive financial implications on them.

On every occasion I’ve had dealt with staff there they have been great and they treated me like I was the most important customer they’ve ever had. They even set up the Skoda App up on my phone. Everyone in the company takes personal responsibility for Customer Relations.

You will probably gather that I’m both impressed and grateful for all their help. I think one of the most impressive things you are never “Fobbed Off”. Every member of staff seems to take personal ownership in resolving issues that, on the face of it, are not their responsibilities. A great attitude to have!

After this situation this my opinion of this dealership is that they are one of the best out there. When I next change cars they will be Number 1 for my next purchase.

I ordered another kodiaq in February and was given a delivery date which honestly meant nothing to me, but I did feel I was given a fair deal as the new car had significant upgrades. It eventually appeared in November and the staff were very helpful in setting up the new technology and then to put the icing on the cake, Skoda UK gave me £1000 of fuel because I'd ordered it in February.

Everything done as requested and in the time it was committed. Made everything easy

Car was booked in for next working day. Work was completed satisfactorily. Service reception staff were polite and friendly. Could make the booking by phone appeared to be an issue with the phone system.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Specialist Cars Skoda Dundee. Our experience with this company from the outset was superb. We received a very fair deal on the vehicle. At all times the levels of communication - and honesty - from all staff members with whom we had contact (especially Harry and John) were exemplary. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The condition of the vehicle on collection (inside and out) was first class, and the follow-up communications have been excellent. In summary a fantastic company to deal with, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.
