Horrible horrible experience called up and asked about a car was told there was no reserve on the car and asked if I could see if the next day they said yes, went straight online and put a reserve down drove two and a half hours to be told they’d sold it and three other people had also put a reserve down was also told they did not speak to me on the phone but they definitely did I have the phone records. Not at all what a reserve means, reserve means you’re meant to hold the car and not be allowed to sell it for a minimum of 24 hours if not there’s no point of a reserve if anyone can buy it!!! Not to mention this was meant to be a birthday present so whole birthday was ruined because we’d been lied to. I was able to come and see the car at short notice and take it for a test drive. The car has been cleaned up nicely and the sales process was smooth. The staff, particularly Troy, were all really friendly and happy to help and there wasn’t any hard-sell; I was able to look at the car in my own time without being hovered over.
I’ve not had the car long so can’t really say about that but with the 30 day warranty I’m confident in it.

An update, Luke from customer services contacted, and even though they were unable to do anything about the tyres as it passed the MOT. They have kindly provided a nominal refund for valeting the inside of the car and have refunded the tyre inflater kit.
My advice to others would be to check over the car on collection, My lesson learnt!!

Saw the car on website didn’t realise you had to book an appointment. No problem we were shown the car and told that it hadn’t been prepared and it was as it was. Took for a test drive and decided to buy.

Picked up this morning but on the way home realised no interior had been cleaned and seats were dirty and there was a stale smoke smell. Once home checked around car, one of the tyres was cracked and perished and was an advisory on previous mot certificate, but passed their mot and not noted as an advisory!!.
We noted on buying that there was no tyre inflator kit we were reassured this would be put in. When we collected the car we asked if the kit had been replaced we were reassured it had been. But on checking there was no inflator in the boot.

At 72 years of age I have dealt with a many car sales companies but this was the best. I had not seen the car before travelling 100 miles to pick it up and I am very pleased with it. The service from Lucy and Oliver throughout was faultless, respectful and honest. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Great service from Adam my salesperson, explained everything clearly as I was purchasing on line as unable to get to view vehicle properly. Very pleased with car arrived on a trailer at the time quoted.
My only niggle was I felt the car could have been valeted better as some of the door shuts and boot apertures could have been cleaned better.

Bought my VW Gold 2015. I came from Newcastle to bought this car and the service is fantastic throughout the whole process. 100% recommended.

Drove 1 hour 30 to try a car which was on their eBay site which shows the opening time - nowhere on the site did it mention that you had to book an appointment. Waste of time.

AVOID AVOID.DONT TRUST THIS GARAGE I BROUGHT A CAR RECENTLY AND JUST AFTER THE THREE MONTHS WARRANTY ENDED. I HAD NO END OF PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR THE LAST ONE BEING CHAIN RATTLE RESULTING IN GETTING RID OF CAR AND LOOSING THOUSANDS OF £S. ALSO FOUND OUT A WEEK LATER THAT CAR HAD BODYWORK DONE AS WENT TO WASH CAR AND FOUND LOTS OF OVRR SPRAY ON CAR WINDOWS. ALSO THEY HAVE THERE OWN SITE BODY SHOP AND SPRAY SHOP MMM WONDER WHY. As many other 1 star reviews have left their feedback, it seems it's a very common occurrence. Selling dodgy cars, with issues then expecting you to take the car back to them to let their independent (I mean their own garage on site) to fix the car, who I also wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them, as concerning it'll be the same garage that inspected the car prior to sale. This then means you are left without a car, they refuse to give courtesy cars or pay for any work to be done locally. They make you sign all these documents and until you have issues, you do not realise how much they have you bent over a barrel. So if you are considering buying a car from out of the area, I would not bother, you will massively regret it when the car goes wrong. They also refuse to collect the car and it's on you to return the vehicle to them, the same vehicle that was sold to you that wasn't fit for purpose at time of sale. The audacity of this company is incomprehensible.

I would give these cowboys 0 stars if I could and I seriously recommend you reconsider buying anything from this joke of a company. Premium cars, what a joke. There is nothing premium about this company at all. This company is all about the money/sales and once you're out the door they couldn't give a monkeys.

The "after sales" manager, Luke, is a complete waste of space, doesn't have a single bit of interest in helping you and is very arrogant on the phone. So rude in person also, when speaking with him, you can see what you're saying is going in one ear and out the out, the unprofessionalism of him shines through the whole company.

On top of this, the cheek to charge me an additional £300 on top of their £199 admin fee because I used a third party finance company just sums this company right up. Greed.

After rejecting the vehicle I have had to return it to them, the finance broker I used gave the garage ample time to respond with their investigations they wanted to carry out to accept the rejection, however after the broker making numerous attempts to make contact via emails which have been opened and phone calls to the centre with this bunch of crooks, they, 2 weeks on, still haven't responded with their investigation.

I would absolutely steer well clear of this cowboy crowd if you don't want the unnecessary aggro and stress when things go wrong with a car they shouldn't have sold in the first place!

BMW recall . Customer care …. Non existent and had to take it to BMW ourselves .

Customer care’s response finally …. You should have noticed these when purchasing the vehicle. Got left with a repair bill.

All this garage is interested in is taking your money and giving you no after sales care .

Avoid at all costs .
