I recently placed a deposit on a vehicle and arranged to collect it on 24/08/26. I was assured by the salesperson that I would be contacted should any issues arise prior to collection. No communication was received, so I travelled to the dealership as scheduled.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the salesperson was not on site and that the vehicle had developed a more significant issue than previously disclosed. I was then advised that the car had been sent to the mechanics and would require approximately three weeks to repair.
This lack of communication and preparation caused considerable inconvenience. I had already activated my car insurance based on the agreed collection date, which I subsequently had to cancel, incurring additional costs. I had also completed all necessary checks and arrangements in anticipation of collecting the vehicle.
The handling of this matter was highly unprofessional and fell well below the standard expected when purchasing a car. As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and will not be returning to any of their locations.

Excellent Service.
Excellent service from Bilal & his team. Very good selection of vehicles that have in depth service history on applicable vehicles with full or long MOTs and are spotlessly clean inside & out. Bilal & his team were very welcoming & helpful and talked us through each & every step of the sale / documentation. The purchase was straight forward and the car has a 3 mth warranty. We are very happy with our Volvo and would happily buy from Global in the future. We highly recommend them. 5* service.

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately I now have no vehicle. I found out today, The transmission issue which was thought to be valve body turned out to be the entire transmission problem and needs a new gearbox.

Really nice experience, from the purchase to delivery. Got a Nissan Juke rs nismo for my wife from them and they made the entire process pretty seamless. And even when the car had a few stuff that needed attention on arrival, they were really supportive in getting it all fixed. I'll definitely purchase from them again if I ever get the chance.
