Great experience
Very friendly and honest staff. Nothing was too much trouble, any issues were sorted immediately. My wife and son have both had cars from here and I would reccomend them to anyone. It has put my faith into car dealerships again!

I can't recommended enough
I can't recommended enough, I buy a bmw from them and on my car was missing first aid kit and try angle, i just inform them and next days I have them home, very communicative and help sort all small things

Avoid this dealership at all costs
Avoid this dealership at all costs. I paid a deposit to secure a specific vehicle and received confirmation it would be held for me. After travelling over three hours to collect it, I was informed by email 15 minutes before arrival that the car had already been sold to someone else.
This wasn't just a misunderstanding. The dealership knew exactly what time I was arriving and how far I had travelled. It seems they were more interested in a quick sale than honouring any commitments or behaving ethically.
If you're thinking about leaving a deposit here, don’t bother. Disgraceful service.

This is why we refunded your deposit in full and added an extra £50.00 as a goodwill gesture to help cover the cost of your journey. We’ve also made several attempts to contact you to offer our sincere apologies and to discuss alternative vehicle options.
That said, we would like to ask whether sharing your review across multiple platforms reflects the full picture of our service in this situation. We believe we have acted in good faith and upheld our standards by promptly returning your deposit and offering compensation as a gesture of goodwill.
We remain committed to improving our service and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further if you're open to it.

I recently brought a vehicle from this garage and to say I’m over the moon is an understatement. From start to finish the garage was fast in replying, low deposit required to secure your car and generally nice people. Collection day didn’t go smooth for us as the transfers with my bank took 5-6 hours we was sat waiting at the garage all day the staff at globe automotive went above and beyond with drinks and even paid for lunch for 3 days of us. Excellent customer service HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5* company.

Friendly, fast and I felt at ease
This was a lovely garage and the two gentlemen I dealt with were very nice. As a woman buying a car I’ve had lots of bad experiences but this wasn’t one! They were polite, not pushy and I got my car the same day, delivered, on immaculate condition. Brilliant service all round.

I bought a VW Tiguan. The car was really good at condition. Customer service was really nice and helpful. I travelled from Portsmouth to their garage. They treated me well so I didn't hesitate to decide to buy car from them. They helped me to get the finance. Overall a good car dealer.
